Nearby, you’ll find restaurants, summer concerts, and shopping for a convenient and fun-filled getaway.

The Space:
Beautiful Condo in Carillon Beach! Salt Rim includes coastal decor and all the comforts of home.  It's on Lake Carillon and includes a view, with multiple pools and beach access within a short walk (7-10 minutes, depending on which access).  Beach chairs and towels are also provided (4 each).

The studio boasts a king size bed, TV and lake view.  The living room includes pull out sofa and TV.  The kitchen has refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and sink.  It's well-appointed so you can prepare meals at home.

There are a couple eating spots within walking distance, summer concerts, gym (fee), salon and more!  It is also conveniently located across the street from grocery stores.

Carillon Beach In is 2.5 miles from 30A and 7 miles from Pier Park; incredibly convenient to many restaurants, shops and activities!

The primary attraction of the Panhandle of Florida is the beautiful white sandy beach. Carillon Beach is approximately 104 acres with over 3900 front feet of these beautiful beaches. Located in the heart of the property is Lake Carillon, a 13 acre lake, abundant with turtles, bass, migratory birds, blue herons, and an occasional eagle. The property borders Lake Powell, the largest coastal dune lake in the State of Florida, at about 767 acres, and coveting the designation of a ‘Pristine Florida Waterway.’

Guests have the option to access the gated community behind the condos by paying $35 and registering their vehicle. This includes access to the beach and game courts.

Other Things to Note:
The Kitchen offers a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, and a two-burner cook top. There is no traditional oven.
