Overall, this condo was perfect for what we needed for our trip. It was very roomy, the full kitchen was really nice. It had two coffee makers, and the best part was the view/the balcony.The balcony was spacious and the view is absolutely incredible. Pictures honestly don’t do it justice. Less than 10 minute walk to beach location is prime.It’s very quiet at night, the place was clean as well. 100% will be staying again.

We loved our stay here. The owner was very quick to respond, the condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed, and the place itself was fantastic! We had towels, beach chairs, toys, and everything was walking distance. The kids didn’t get bored and community is so sweet. We will defiantly be staying again!

Fantastic location

We absolutely loved our stay. Such a neat location. The condo was exactly as pictured, which was nice. Very clean. Just what we needed for our family with two small children. Two of the 4 pools were heated, which was a big perk. The beach was one of the best we have been to. Perfect sand, nice shells, not busy at all. We will definitely be back!

Great quick trip

Overall it was good for a quick trip. The pics made it look bigger than it was, the bed being by the door wasn't ideal, and it was obvious there was a smoker before us. However, overall it was a good trip.

Get what you see

You will find the rental just as the pics show it. Enough room for two adults. Watching TV can be a challenge due to the layout with the bed in place of a couch. No real negatives to list. Lots of positives including the neighborhood, cafe, general store and private beach. Also very convenient to 30a if you want to visit. We would stay here again.

Talk about a wonderful view & great community!

First impression was that it was spotless! (And gorgeous). I think this is the cleanest rental I’ve ever secured. I so enjoyed the lake view, just stunning. I did a little patio suiting w/ my dog & was so thankful to get able to bring her. She loved it here! It’s a charming community, such a pretty location to get a good walk in. I took my dog to Conservation Park several times. I loved my two meals from Lake Powell Pizza. I would have loved to see another option for dinner w/ out having to drive, but I did take my dog to Salty Sue’s & to Pompanos & had great meals there. The unit is small, but packs a big punch. There is some toad noise as it is close to a major road, but I used the sound machine provided & that sure helped. I want to stay again, for sure! It’s just a lovely experience w/ a beautiful pool & without crowds!

Lovely Little Place!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay (2 adults and 2 teens). We had enough room inside, but spent most of our time outdoors. As others have said, the walk to the beach was quick and beautiful. The kitchen was just right for making quick breakfasts and lunches. We ate out or got take out for dinner so we didn’t really cook. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels. The neighborhood has wonderful amenities and we loved the pools, pickle ball court and hot tubs. I only have two suggestions and both are easily remedied. One would be to have 4 chairs on the patio so we could eat outside together (since there isn’t a dining area inside). We took one bar stool out for meals so no big deal. Next, the weather strip in the door doesn’t quite seal so when the wind blows the door whistles/howls. We used the provided sound machine at night to drown it out at night. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would go back again!

The room was perfect and the location was even better. Nice little pizza restaurant and bar located on the premises. The wine store was amazing. Great selection and atmosphere. The grounds were beautiful. The walk to the beach was only about five minutes. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time. Thank you!

We had a great stay at this property. Location and size were great for our anniversary weekend. Walk to the beach was easy and pleasant. The check in and check out processes were very easy and made for a great long weekend. Very much enjoyed!

Beautiful property

Had everything we needed , close to restaurants and grocery. A little further to the beach than I anticipated and it does sleep 4 people but if your kids are older it’s crowded. Needs a good deep clean but for a few days it was ok. Beautiful property quiet and convenient I would stay here again.

Peaceful stay with a great view of lake

Room can be a little noisy, bed is by the door in this unit. Floors were not clean when we arrived. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Value for an adorable property!

Rental company is amazing, very responsive and easy to work with. They provided a ton of beach gear which we loved! The kitchen is well stocked. The condo has everything you could need. We didn't rent a golf cart bc the walk was so cute and fun. Bring a beach wagon and you are good to go! We will 1000000000% come back

Amazing Stay!!!

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We loved it so much we wanted to stay an extra night, but were not able to because there were other guests coming in the next night. The property had great amenities and was super close to the beach and to all the beautiful towns of Rosemary, Alys beach, Seaside and Watercolor amongst some.

Nice but small

We had a nice stay though I wish I had known there was no oven ahead of time. There’s a small toaster oven but no oven. Cute place but a little too tight for a family of four with two very tall twin 13 yr old boys. Also we have a big dog so definitely will try a bigger place next time. A house would have been more comfortable for us. I also wish I had brought more towels. One towel per person is just not enough. I don’t like wiping my face on my body towel. Maybe that’s just me. I also can’t comprehend why a place would be advertised as dog friendly when the adjacent private beach does not allow dogs. We had to go to the little stretch of dog beach near the Panama City Beach pier. So that was disappointing. We could have just stayed near that beach. Either way we had a nice time and my son enjoyed the gym on site even though he had to pay for its use. To him it was worth it. The neighborhood with the houses is really nice and all the people incredibly friendly. The management company was very nice and flexible and easy to get ahold of. I’d recommend for a family with small kids who also don’t require an oven.

Panama City Beach where Fido can meet some new friends and enjoy our gorgeous Emerald Coast!
