Nuestra unidad de 1 habitación tiene hermosas vistas al puerto deportivo y al lago Macatawa. El dormitorio tiene una cama king size. Esta unidad también cuenta con una lavadora. El salón tiene un sofá cama y cocina con electrodomésticos de alta gama. La unidad de un dormitorio tiene una puerta contigua y también se puede alquilar con una unidad de 3 dormitorios (VRBO # 418030) solamente.

Ubicada en el lado norte del lago Macatawa, esta unidad en The Staterooms es un alquiler vacacional recién construido y completamente amueblado ubicado en el segundo piso de Yacht Basin Plaza, el corazón de Yacht Basin Marina. Esta unidad tiene vistas al lago y está equipada con todas las comodidades del hogar. Nuestra plaza ofrece centro de conferencias Yacht Basin, servicio de botes y proveedores, tienda de fiestas Down the Hatch, Anew Salon & Day Spa, ventas de yates de Grand Banks e inversiones de Capital Harbor. También se encuentra en la propiedad junto a la piscina el LoLo's Bar & Grill. ¡LoLo’s es un restaurante al aire libre en el muelle con vistas a la costa, buena comida y bebidas heladas!

Nuestra piscina climatizada está abierta los fines de semana del Memorial Day hasta la primera semana de septiembre.

Debido a los cupos abiertos muy limitados en 2017, DEBE hacer una reserva para un alquiler transitorio durante su estadía. Por favor contacte a Gwenn. Los huéspedes del camarote reciben un 20% de descuento en alquileres. No hay tarifas de cancelación. Hay estacionamiento gratuito para su remolque de botes y hay una rampa de lanzamiento público justo al lado.

Situado a poca distancia se encuentra el Parque Estatal Holland con sus extensas playas de arena, el monte. Pisgah, Winstrom Park, alquiler de kayak, canoa y stand up, alquiler de motos acuáticas y botes, alquiler de bicicletas y kilómetros de senderos para bicicletas.

AÑO ABIERTO. The Staterooms no es solo un destino de verano. Visítenos en la primavera para el famoso Tulip Time Festival de Holanda. El otoño es un buen momento para disfrutar de un recorrido en color, ir de excursión o recoger manzanas. En el invierno, puede esquiar a campo traviesa, pasear en trineo o maravillarse con los icebergs del lago Michigan. El centro de Holanda es un gran lugar para comprar incluso en invierno, con aceras climatizadas y una chimenea al aire libre para ayudarlo a mantenerse caliente.

El horario de check-in es a las 4pm en la fecha de inicio de su estadía y el check-out es a las 11am.

Truly enjoyed this smartly appointed condo during our stay. Watching boats coming and going, visiting the pool and play area, and being able to have ample room to move around the unit helped make time with our almost 3 yo granddaughter the best trip to-date! Super plush towels, cleaning supplies, the staff's ability to remove feathers for our allergies and the wonderful welcome basket with note made our time better. Meier delivery was a bonus. Truly felt safe and secure the entire time with keys and fobs to work doors and elevators. Neighbors had some rowdy littles but who doesn't get excited about the lake and having fun?!? I know my sweet little family did! Thanks to Chrissy and her team of magic elves for making our trip fantastic! We will be returning!!!

Good Location

Good central location. Lots of parking. On a trail for an easy run/walk. We had a nice view of the marina. Everything in the description was accurate and we would stay here again.

Great with a couple reservations

Everything was good—the kids loved the pool, the location is nice, we loved having the store on the first floor, and it was lovely being able to open the windows to listen to the rain on the lake. However, there are a couple things that would need to be considered if I were to stay again. The kitchen is very minimally stocked (there were no bowls and only one coffee mug; not a problem if you know ahead of time and can bring what you need, but we didn't so the kids ate cereal out of glasses) and the neighboring apartment's kitchen table is right next to the door that connects the rooms. When they started playing games at 10pm, as the kids were going to sleep, it was incredibly loud, as if they were in our own kitchen. They weren't being exceptionally loud, just normal vacation fun but the kids weren't able to sleep (my daughter was on the pullout couch in the living room right next to the door) until they went to bed. If I knew the people staying in that unit, I would stay there again but probably not if I don't.

Great time!

We love the Yacht Basin Marina! We have stayed there 3 times now. This room, and the others that we have stayed in, was clean, comfortable, huge, had a great view and quiet. We cannot say enough good things about the property, the people managing it and the location. We love it!

There wasn’t much to the place. It was clean, but there wasn’t any extra sheets or cleaning supplies to wipe things down. Felt almost like I was staying in a dorm room.

Great quick getaway

We had a really nice weekend at the Statesrooms. The location near Holland State Park and downtown Holland was great. The on-site pool is just what we needed and our kids loved it. Chrissy was wonderful to work with in booking our stay. All in all, a great long weekend getaway.

Good location and plenty of parking

Everything was excellent, except there should be more lights (only dining room table light and one floor lamp) and more tables. At night the room was quite dark and unable to read. We had to use a dining room chair as a table.

Great Condo/location

The location was great, close to the beach/park and restaurants. Loved having Lolo's Bar and Grill on site along with the party store. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Great stay, no issues!

Even though we didn't have a boat, this was a great location, central enough to everything we wanted to do. Entire facility was very clean and it was great having the store and bar/grill on the premises. Thanks!

Nice condos close to the beach, great pool

Check in was easy, friendly staff, convenient party store in the same building, great big pool we used everyday, lots of restaurants nearby and only 1.5 miles from the Holland State park beach. The condo itself was nicely furnished, extremely spacious and well kept. We needed a few things and Chrissy immediately got back to us. We really enjoyed our stay and were overall happy and likely to go back again someday.

Beautiful location and nicely appointed furnishings. I LOVED having my entire family together. We rented 2N THE LARGEST unit and the attached unit next door. Ample room with bathrooms attached to all bedrooms. The building was VERY secure with locked exterior doors at all times. Great location near Lake Michigan, ice-cream store, restaurants and shops. Outdoor pool and pretty boats to look at from the outside patio of the unit. Best time ever!

First Impression...Spacious.

The Staterooms at Yacht Basin Marina were such a nice place for my extended family of 10 to stay when we were in town for a wedding in mid July. We booked staterooms 2P and 2R for our visit to Lake Mac/Holland. My parents were able to have their own space in 2P (1bedroom unit) while keeping close to the rest of our group in 2R (3bedroom unit). We enjoyed the pool, had lunch at Lola’s and loved watching the boats come in to harbor at the end of the day. We were busy playing on Lake Mac and Lake Michigan, and used a day to recover from sunburns by exploring downtown Holland. Alas, we ran out of time to use all the amenities available at Yacht Basin Marina. The condos are well stocked with kitchen items, including coffee filters and dish detergent. We had ample towels for showering and en-suite laundry with detergent. The units include an iron and ironing board. The air conditioning in the units work well. Checking in was easy, even after hours. We had a10-hour trip and didn’t get into town until after 8 pm. The management does ask that guests bring their own towels to use at the pool and beaches. Guests are also asked to clean out kitchen and bathroom garbage when they leave the units. No big deal, but we were scrambling for garbage bags at the end of our stay. Two recommendations: perhaps the management could supply a roll of garbage bags in the units as well as inexpensive coolers/totes for guests to use. Coolers and totes are not something that we remembered to pack when traveling in from across the country, and we borrowed from our family that lives in Holland. Overall, the units are very clean, spacious and comfortable. We would definitely visit again!

Very pretty view and spacious

The accommodations were just what we were looking for, we have a 5 year old and 10 month old; the long hallway was great for racing cars, rolling a ball, etc. Location near Holland State Park was great too, rode our bikes there which worked out great, some people said they waited in the car line 3 hrs to get in. My only issue was towels...simple fix but only 2 sets of towels for 5 days for 4 people and no kitchen towels:/

One bedroom 3 night stay

It was great. Room, parking, convenience was great. Lolo staff not very friendly. Kept hearing noises from the ceiling , walls, in our unit. Was not others renters. Overall stay was great. Would do it again
