This home has enough room for 5-6 people with 1300 square feet of living space and it can fit 3 cars in the driveway.

Here's what you may not love:
The house has only one bathroom.
This is a cape cod style from the 1940s and the stairs are not very wide. Due to the nature of cape cod styles, the upstairs is warmer during the day. However, once the sun goes down, the upstairs rooms are very comfortable. In order to improve air circulation, we provide fans.

Kitchen: It is well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, hand mixer, coffee maker (Keurig & regular) along with all the appliances you will need for your vacation including a dishwasher (complimentary pods).

Laundry: For your convenience there is a washer and a dryer (complimentary pods & dryer sheets)

Living Room: The living area is adjacent to the kitchen and dining area, all on the first level. You will find plenty of comfortable seating (2 chairs and a sofa for 3. The living room has a 55" smart TV that you can use to log into your streaming services.

Bedrooms: ALL bedrooms have BLACKOUT curtains.
Bedroom 1: The first bedroom is next to the bathroom. It has a queen size bed, two nightstands and a 50" smart TV.
Bedroom 2: First floor bedroom on the left as you step into the house. It has a twin size bed along with a nightstand and storage.
Bedroom 3: Second floor bedroom with one twin size bed, nightstand and cubby.
Bedroom 4: Second floor bedroom with two twin size beds, nightstands and four open cubbies.

Bathroom: Located on the first floor next to the master bedroom. It has a tub-shower combination and we provide a hair dryer, bath towels and shampoo.

Wifi: Free wifi

~ Outdoor features ~

Deck: Enjoy relaxing moments on the deck behind the house which comfortably seats 4-6 people. It is great for drinking your morning coffee or enjoying your meal outside.

Patio: After a day at the beach, enjoy yourself at the fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs.

Backyard: There is plenty of room for spikeball, cornhole or backyard game of your choice!
