Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great getaway!

Great location for a fun getaway on the lake! We loved that we were able to walk to the marina, and enjoy the lake views from the patio. Would definitely recommend!

Great trip to the Horse Races

Condo was neat and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. Also a great view. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful accommodations

This was the perfect accommodations for our family! Very clean and welcoming, a comfortable space for all of us! Everything thay we needed was there too (dishes, spices for cooking, even shampoo and body wash). Thank you for a worry free, hassle free, relaxing place to stay while in vacation. We will definitely use this again in the future.

At 1A the views are great. From the kitchen window at night the lights twinkle from across the lake. The patio view is the same - beautiful. The condo was clean and decor was very well done. It was two couples so the two king size beds were perfect. Enjoyed our stay.

The condo was clean, spacious, and surprisingly well stocked. All the appliances and the TV functioned well. Great towels in the Master! The condo complex was quiet and the view of the lake was lovely, especially when the sun was shining.

Beautiful views

This place had beautiful views! There’s storm damage and repair people at the property that we were not informed about until we arrived. This meant we couldn’t use the fireplace. The pool is not heated and locked for the winter. These things would have influenced our decision to stay. That said it’s a beautiful area and nice condo.

There was absolutely nothing lacking and everything was well stocked for a 4 night couple stay...the view of the lake was great and even the bridge..perfect location! 3 stars for communication only due to evolve being the primary contact in which they never responded..i had to call evolve to get the actual owners contact info..the owner communication was great once we were able to contact him directly..He has been wonderful and understanding as we left a very expensive item behind and he has made sure that its been put up and going out of his way to meet up with us to get it back..hes been great and the property is nice and perfect location!

Wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful time at this rental property! I booked for an adult getaway for one of my best friends birthday and we had a blast! Property was very well kept, beautiful layout inside and located by Lake Hamilton. Quiet and nestled off the major thoroughfare. I had a issue with my arrival time and the owner and property manager answered all my questions and made accommodations without hesitance. The property is in the middle of any activities and shopping that needed to be done. Neighbors and the people we made contact with were all so friendly and answered any questions we had about some things to do for the New Year. I will be returning. Absolutely love my stay! Thank you tremendously.

Beautiful view and perfect location

This condo was perfect for our stay over the 4th of July. The sunsets over the lake are amazing. I truly enjoyed my coffee every morning on the porch overlooking the calm lake. The home is adequately stocked and the beds are very comfortable. There were a couple of things that were missed by the cleaners. The owner replied to all text immediately and had the issue fixed promptly. We picked this home specifically to watch the fireworks show that is done on the lake. The big tree to the right of the porch obstructed the view a bit, but it was very easy to head down to the grassy lawn on the right side of the building and we had a perfect view. It was the best fireworks display I have ever seen. The finale was amazing!

Access code did not work and still haven’t gotten refund

I was on the phone with VRBO for almost 3 hours trying to get access code and the code that I was given didn’t work. This was the SECOND property I booked for the same night because the first one did not work out. I still haven’t gotten my refund on either house. We had to get a hotel room at midnight. It completely ruined our trip. So basically we paid for 3 lodgings for the same night!!! So very stressful. This is a Vacasa property so there is no direct contact with a host.
