Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place located in the Uptown/Downtown area of Hot Springs! Featuring 3 bedrooms with room to sleep up to 6 guests. You will be only 2 minutes away from the entrance to Downtown area of Hot Springs where there is plenty of attractions, dining, and shopping to experience during your visit! 0.3 miles away to gain access to Northwoods Trail and Cedar Creek Trail for some of the nations best mountain biking!

INDOOR LIVING
Enjoy you visit to Hot Springs in this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house located in Uptown Hot Springs. Walk in through the front door to the living room with seating for guests, smart TV, board games, and a dedicated workspace. Off of the living room is the kitchen and a door that leads you to the backyard. Between the kitchen and living room is a hallway that leads you to the bedrooms and the bathroom.

House was clean and beds were comfortable, but there were a lot of gaps in the floor boards. Sleeps six but there are only dishes and chairs for four. Proximity to Boat House Row was a quick walk, which we loved but wow the number of cats in the neighborhood was crazy. Neighbors were all very friendly - got to meet and hold the neighbor’s chickens.

Perfect Hot Springs Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was so cozy. It was clean and well appointed. We had 4 adults and 2 older teens and had plenty of room for us all. The neighborhood was quiet and close to all the things we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend.

Clean Comfortable Quiet

My husband and I stayed 3 nights on our way to TX. The house was clean and provided everything that we needed, including a fenced yard for our fur baby! Being only 1 mile from downtown, it was an easy walk or drive to restaurants & shops.

AMAZING STAY!!

The homeowners were very swift to respond to my messages. ❤️ The property was beautiful and very homey. We loved our stay there and downtown was just around the corner from the property. If you are looking to stay in Hot Springs, THIS IS THE PLACE!!

Rough neighborhood

The neighbor has 30 cats, we had several issues with people messing with our cars or knocking on the doors at 6am one morning. Neighbor was shooting a raccoon.

House was great, neighbors noisey

The house was great. Older house but remodeled well and very clean. The local neighbors yelled at all hours of the day and even through the night. Mostly just yelling at their animals to come in or come eat but the houses are too close to be yelling all day/night.

Beware of neighbors

We paid for 3 nights but something came up and only stayed 1. Which was fine with us b/c it was very close to downtown however not the best neighborhood…duplex beside the house was very sketchy!!! Older lady with SEVERAL cats that pooped everywhere and the person that lived next to her had people in and out all the time. Also the lady stopped us as we are walking in one evening and ask for a ride to the store. Did not feel safe. The house however was updated just like the pics and the owner was extremely nice and easy to work with.

Cute clean property very close to bath house row. Very convenient

Enjoyed our stay. House was clean and comfortable. Only downside was our cell phone service in the neighborhood wasn’t great.

Weekend get away

When we checked in during the early morning hours it was a easy process to get in which we’ve not ever had in the past. The fridge was out of operation but within 12 hours (as we checked in around 2-3am) that was remedied. The home was simple, simply nice. I enjoyed the ease of communication between the host and the neighbors that we encountered were very nice.
