POOL HEATING POLICY:
Additional Fee: $30 per day for the entire reservation
Heating Hours: 12 PM – 10 PM

HOUSE RULES:

General:
- Primary guest must be present at check-in
- No parties, smoking, or unregistered guests/pets
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
- No open flames, candles, fireworks, or matches
- Please remove shoes inside the house
- Keep doors/windows closed to prevent pests

Pool & Safety:
- Use pool at your own risk; adult supervision required for minors and pets
- Please follow pool rules—owners are not liable for injuries

Property Care:
- Check-out by 10 AM (Late check-out incurs a $25 fee for every 30 minutes)
- No mailing packages without prior written consent
- Keep thermostat between 69°F and 78°F to protect HVAC
- Damages or stains to furnishings may result in replacement fees

PENALTIES
- Stolen or damaged items, linens, or towels
- Excessive cleaning required (e.g., trash left outside, dirty dishes)
- Broken furniture or missing property (games, cookware, etc.)
