Great location, amenities etc. Beds were too soft and need a box spring or plywood to keep them from dipping at the end of the bed. But overall good house.

the place was vary clean and the beds were comfortable good area for me because my sister lives within 2 blocks made it well worth the price range too stores are close by people were nice thank you to the hostess to stay in touch at all times we are 4 sisters that stayed there will spread the word of your hospitality will rent from you again definitely see you next time

While it's not a fancy place, it was clean, quiet, and perfectly comfortable. The dining table and living room were nicely sized for a family. I enjoyed drinking coffee on the little front patio. As bikers, we loved the easy access to the bike path. We were able to bike to stores, restaurants, and the river. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Good place in town

Property was clean and good location. Puzzles and dames, rooms were clean and shower was hot. Our host had an assortment of local beers in the fridge for us to try, which was awesome! The beds were pretty comfortable, easy laundry access and parking is right outside.My only comment would be better curtains in the bedrooms for privacy and an extra fan for the other bedroom as the air conditioning is in the living room.

This was a great place, especially for the price! It was VERY CLEAN on our stay, which we really appreciated. It was a perfect place for an overnighter to move our daughter into the University of Montana. Our teenage son stayed on the pull-out couch and gave it a thumbs up for pull-outs that are sometimes uncomfortable. Beds were comfy. Had fans in bedrooms and air conditioner in living area (we were there when hot). Easy parking. We heard the upstairs neighbors a little, but... all was quiet at bedtime. We are definitely saving it for future visits.

this was by far the absolute worst vrbo experience we have had. The family that moved in on the floor above us showed up a little after 10 at night. With several children and all their gear it was well after 11 that they finally moved in. They started hanging an extension cord off the balcony and ran it out to their vehicle. We could hear the kids running and crying most of the night or using the bathroom. I personally, got about 2 and a half hours of sleep. And today I have to drive 7 hours. Not safe at all. The building was obviously built cheaply for rental purposes. The walls and the ceiling have little to no sound insulation. I would not stay here again nor would I ever suggest anyone would. Obviously, vrbo is declining in quality.

Had a great stay! The beds were comfortable, place was very clean and was pleasingly quiet! Loved the coffee and tea for the morning! Having shampoo, soap and blow dryer was a nice plus. The pull out sofa bed wasn't that comfortable, the bedrooms got a little too cold and fyi one of the fans was broken. Over all loved the place and would stay again.
