Si te gusta el arte, la música y la literatura usted podrá apreciar nuestro 65 metros cuadrados (700 pies cuadrados) apartamento que ha sido diseñado por un arquitecto francés talentoso. Llena de libros, CD y DVD, es un hogar lejos de casa. En el cuarto piso con ascensor, tiene una entrada independiente en nuestro duplex, proporcionando una total privacidad, junto con la ventaja de tener cerca de nosotros para cualquier información que pueda necesitar.

Maravillosamente situado entre la Bastilla y la Place de la République y a la vuelta de la esquina de la histórica Circo de Invierno, el apartamento está en el borde de la zona de moda de Haut Marais, que está lleno de galerías de arte, tiendas de ropa exclusiva y tiendas especializadas de alimentos así como un colorido mercado cubierto. Se puede ir andando al Centro Pompidou y la Place de Vosges en quince minutos, y muchas de las famosas atracciones de París, como el Louvre o Notre Dame está a una distancia conveniente ya sea a pie o utilizando el transporte público. Tres líneas de metro y 3 de autobús son cerca del apartamento, por lo que es muy conveniente para visitar París. A su vez, las principales estaciones de tren son fácilmente accesibles desde aquí.

El apartamento consta de un área / sala de estar, un dormitorio con una cama de matrimonio, una biblioteca-estudio en el cual un sofá se puede abrir a una cama de matrimonio muy cómoda, y un cuarto de baño con ducha. Hay todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta en París: una cocina bien equipada con lavavajillas, encimera de inducción, microondas, horno y nevera; gran televisor de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD; radio-CD con un excelente sistema de sonido; teléfono; Internet inalámbrico; lavadora-secadora). Detergente, productos de papel y productos básicos como el té y el café, la sal, la pimienta, el aceite, el vinagre y el azúcar se proporcionan por lo que no está obligado a hacer un centro comercial importante sólo para instalarse.

The apt. had everything I needed-for example, in regard to cooking equipment. It had god places to work and to read. It's located in between two nice neighborhoods, in the 11th and 3rd arrondisements. Marsha lives just upstairs, so she was never more than a minute away when I needed her.

This is a really cute and comfortable apartment. The location at the edge of Le Marais is wonderful. The owner lives right upstairs, is very helpful, and makes sure her guests have what they need. Highly recommend this apartment!

Enjoyable base to explore Paris

We enjoyed our weeklong stay. Marsha's flat is clean, roomy, well-supplied, and well-located, and she is a knowledgeable and helpful host. Several Metro stations are nearby, as are plenty of restaurants.

A Wonderful Experience

We are two active senior women who were looking for a safe, clean, quiet and centrally located place to stay while touring Paris—and this apartment was exactly that. It also had the added bonus of being very close to the Metro, which we used daily to get around the city. Marsha, the Property Manager, warmly welcomed us on arrival and was helpful throughout our stay. If we return to Paris, we wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment again.

A wonderful holiday getaway in Paris

The property was absolutely lovely and exactly as pictured—decorated in a quintessential Parisian style that made our stay truly special. It was ideally located, making it easy to explore Paris and the surrounding towns. Lovely apartment

I loved the location. Accessible to train from CDG, Bus and metro. Close to bakeries, grocery store and multiple restaurants, Marsha is a great host and knowledgeable about the area. The bed was so comfortable . Would definitely stay here again

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of La Marais – Five Stars!

We had an incredible stay at Marsha’s VRBO in La Marais! The space was exactly as advertised—clean, eclectic, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, with two Metro stations just a short walk away. We were able to do all our shopping within walking distance, and the Picasso Museum was right around the corner.Marsha was a gracious and responsive host, always quick to answer any questions about the area and Paris.Five out of five stars—we had the time of our lives and can’t wait to return!Thank you, Marsha!

A perfect introduction to Paris

I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Paris than Marsha’s beautiful apartment. She was so kind and welcoming and the apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The location cannot be beat between 3 close metro stations and walking distance to restaurants, shops and markets. We did not want to leave and we highly recommend it. We hope to return some day!

Wonderful apartment - a home away from home

Wonderful apartment on the border of the 11th and 3rd, close to restaurants, markets, and the Metro. The host Marsha is warm and welcoming, and the check-in process was seamless. Even though it is on a fairly busy street, the apartment is very quiet at night. Highly recommended for a trip to Paris -- it felt like a home away from home. Don't miss going to Bisou across the street.

Very clean, well-appointed apartment. Exactly as described and photographed. The owner/host is a kind, thoughtful and very thorough individual. Great apartment in revolution era building

Very nice apartment just on the edge of Le Marais. Plenty of space for the three of us that also included an updated full kitchen. The apartment is on a very busy boulevard but the windows are remarkably sound proof so no issues there. Plus it is walking distance to three different Metro lines. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall an excellent place to stay.

This is a wonderful place and a great location. Marsha had the apartment in great shape when we arrived, and when one small problem arose, she responded in minutes to address it. We had a great time and would certainly recommend this spot to anyone else who is traveling to Paris. The apartment is in a building that is quite old and that comes with a whole lot of charm and some quirkiness. We really liked the character of the building and the space in which we lived. It felt very Parisian.

Marsha was a very gracious host and was very welcoming. Communication before our visit and while we were there was excellent. Marsha answered any and all questions and was very accommodating. The apartment was very well equipped with all that we needed, including a comprehensive guide to the appliances, local attractions and dining. The unit was very comfortable, spacious and warm. This was also a very convenient place to stay with two close metro stations, groceries and dining.

A wonderful week in Paris

Best apartment we have ever rented. Ideally located on the border between the Marais and the Oberkampf, an easy walk to many attractions and beautiful neighborhoods. The apartment is well laid out for a visit of a week or more, with kitchen/living room, bedroom, and study. It is stocked with all the amenities you might need to cook or do laundry. There is a marvelous collection of books on art and literature in a variety of languages if you wish to take a break from the city. The host is gracious, knowledgeable and available.

Very well located apartment

This apartment is just outside Le Marais near la Place de la Republique, not far from shops and cafes on Rue Bretagne. Three metro stops on perhaps five lines are a few blocks away, and there is also a taxi stand nearby. The apartment is nicely decorated and comfortable, although I will note that both the elevator and the separate toilet space are quite small, so larger people may not be quite as comfortable. We stayed a week and were quite happy with our choice.

Perfect choice for a Paris stay

Marsha is a model VRBO host. Best experience we have had with an accomodation. The property is located within walking distance of the Marais neighborhood, Bastille, Place des Vosges, and Notre Dame. Metro line 8 is right outside the building and will get you to all the top sites with 1 transfer or none at all. Grocery stores on the block. Restaurants everywhere - hip, new places in Le Marais, fast food at Place Republique, brasseries on every corner. Highest recommendation!

Beautiful Flat and excellent location

Marsha has created a creative, beautiful and comfortable home away from home in a great location in Paris. Truly, a beautiful and well-sized flat. The master bed was very comfortable, and my daughter said the pull out was comfortable. There are great artistic touches throughout, books and CDs. Marsha created an excellent book with simple and clear instructions, a map and history. Close to several Metro and bus lines, you can travel all throughout Paris. There are great coffee, pastry, and other shops in the area or a very short bus ride away. This is a great location on the border of the Marais. Highly recommended.
