The Space:

Main living area with smart TV for casual gatherings. Downstairs living area with a large lounging couch that transforms into the perfect spot for cozy movie nights. Each of the five bedrooms features a smart TV for ultimate entertainment. This property offers spacious accommodations with comfortable beds and thoughtful touches. It includes two bathrooms, one of them with an extra outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, utensils, basics like salt, pepper, and oil, plus a variety of spices. Escape Paradise is located on a private dead-end road in Centerville, MA, providing a quiet, safe, and family-friendly environment. There is ample parking, ideal for large groups or families, with a private road perfect for kids to scooter or ride bikes safely. It features a fire pit for cozy evenings, a volleyball court for friendly matches, a private pool, a hot tub for relaxation and an outdoor shower to rinse off. It offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation for an unforgettable stay.



Please note there will be toiletries provided to get you started during your stay, we will NOT supply enough toiletries for your entire stay. There are local stores to purchase some additional supplies if needed during your stay!



Guest Access:

You'll have complete access to the entire house and yard, including the private pool, outdoor kitchen, and fire pit. Enjoy amenities such as the BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and beach access. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and multiple bathrooms. The keyless entry provides easy access to the property.

Explore the charm of our neighborhood, perfectly situated near the renowned Craigville Beach (0.9 miles), ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Indulge in a quick bite at The Barnacle Snack Bar (0.8 miles), conveniently located just across the street from the beach. Satisfy your sweet tooth at Four Seas Ice Cream (0.7 miles), a Cape Cod favorite. Discover unique gifts and penny candy at The 1856 Country Store (0.9 miles), which has a playground. Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Parking is free on the premises. This property is located on a private road, ideal for kids to scooter or ride bikes safely. No smoking is allowed inside the house. We are happy to offer family-friendly amenities including children's books and toys, and children's dinnerware. Pets are not permitted. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours, to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors. Hot Tub Instructions



We’re delighted to provide a private hot tub for your enjoyment! To ensure a safe and relaxing experience, please follow these guidelines:



Using the Hot Tub



Remove the cover carefully and place it on the holder/stand provided. Please do not leave it on the ground.



Before entering, rinse off in the outdoor shower to keep the water clean.



Limit soak time to 15–20 minutes at a time, and stay hydrated.



Maximum of 4–6 guests in the tub at once (depending on size).



After Use



Replace and secure the cover tightly to keep the heat in and prevent debris from entering.



Do not leave the hot tub uncovered when not in use.



Safety Guidelines



Children under 12 are not permitted in the hot tub.



No glassware in or near the tub — please use plastic cups provided.



Do not use oils, soaps, or bubble bath in the water (they damage the system).



Pregnant guests or those with health concerns should consult a physician before use.



Absolutely no diving or jumping into the hot tub.



Maintenance

Our team will check and maintain the hot tub regularly during your stay.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (neighborhood policy).

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

• Hot tub must be used responsibly — no glass near the tub.

• Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the bunk room and outdoors.

• Pets: (Communicate with the host if pets are allowed and will be adjusted).

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

• Please bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bin.

• Check-out is at 10 AM unless otherwise approved.
