We sincerely apologize for the pest concerns you experienced during your stay. We understand how frustrating that must have been. After you notified us, we immediately arranged for our pest control vendor to treat the home. Since your stay, we have also implemented an enhanced pest control program to proactively monitor and address these issues. We also appreciate you bringing the dishwasher and outdoor furniture concerns to our attention. These items have since been addressed by our maintenance team. Feedback like yours helps us improve our inspection process and ensure these items are identified before future guest arrivals. Thank you again for your feedback.
