📶 Please Note:

While we offer free satellite WiFi, connectivity can be spotty due to our remote location. We encourage guests to embrace the chance to unplug and reconnect with nature. No refunds will be issued for WiFi issues.

Our home is located in a quiet, wooded area, and while we have regular pest control service, occasional sightings of insects or small critters can happen. This is a normal part of being in a natural setting, and we do not offer refunds for such occurrences.

⚠️ HOUSE RULES

To ensure a peaceful and respectful experience for all guests, please review the following:

No events or parties (including bachelor/bachelorette parties). No glitter.

Only registered guests may enter the property.

No smoking, vaping, fireworks, ATVs, hunting, or weapons.

No commercial photography or videography without written approval.

Hot Tub: Use only provided striped towels, keep the cover on when not in use, and avoid temperature changes.

Septic System: Only flush toilet paper. No garbage disposal—please toss food scraps in the trash.

Violations may result in a $300 fine and/or forfeiture of your security deposit.

📋 Additional Notes:

All guests must sign a renter agreement prior to arrival. A $300 security deposit hold will be placed and released within five days after checkout, pending no damage or rule violations.
