Pinewood Cottage is situated on 50 acres of hillside pastures, trails, and woods in Charlotte, Tennessee. Perfect for a variety of walking, riding, biking and other activities. The home was originally built in the early 1900's and thoughtfully reconstructed and reimagined to create a modern farmhouse in 2023. The floors and ceilings throughout are clad in beautiful pine shiplap. The Cottage Pavilion (firepits, grill, and gathering space) is located on the hillside above Pinewood Cottage.

This is a 3 Bedroom/2 bath home with spacious kitchen, dining and living areas. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. There is one upstairs and one downstairs full bath.
