¡Ven y alójate en la casa de verano Seersucker! Si las fechas programadas con VRBO no coinciden exactamente con lo que estás buscando, comunícate conmigo y quizás podamos solucionar algo.

5 habitaciones, 2 baños Home (para mayores de 12 años) con un amplio espacio para el entretenimiento (3 espacios de sala de estar!), garaje para dos coches, amplia cocina y terraza al aire libre (¡con una rejilla grande! - gas provisto). Esta es una casa más nueva con aire / calefacción central en una excelente ubicación, cerca de la playa / parques. Hemos actualizado el baño en el nivel superior con pintura nueva, tocador, accesorios y hemos pintado dos dormitorios para dar un agradable ambiente playero, ¡también ropa de cama nueva en toda la casa!

Esta es una casa de dos niveles, con dos salas de estar formales, una tercera sala de juegos con una cama doble. La sala de estar principal tiene TV de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas, mientras que la planta baja sirve más como sala de juegos con otra TV. La casa tiene una lavadora / secadora de carga frontal en el segundo baño. Las cinco habitaciones tienen camas queen / full size. Se proporciona un gemelo adicional para su uso (en la sala de juegos). También hay dos asientos de amor con camas escondidas en las salas de estar de la planta baja.

Hay una gran cocina entretenida con todas sus ollas, sartenes, platos, lavavajillas, etc. con un comedor contiguo. ¡Fuera del comedor encontrará una agradable terraza donde podrá sentarse y disfrutar del sol!

La casa se encuentra a 1. 5 cuadras del Kid's Corner Playground, a 2. 5 cuadras de la playa (acceso público), a 5 cuadras del puerto deportivo ya 7 cuadras del centro de la ciudad de vida nocturna / restaurantes. ¡Puedes caminar a todas partes en South Haven si te quedas en esta casa!

South Haven family vacation

We had a lovely stay! The location was perfect for numerous strolls to Kids Cornef and the beach. An easy walk into town for ice cream too! The house was clean and comfy! We especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was (pots, pans, dishes glassware, etc) because we cooked in all meals. The host was very attentive and responsive as well.

Summer Vacation

My family and I travelled from St. Louis, MO to see my sisters, who live in Grand Haven and Chicago. My Mom came for the day from Wyoming, MI. We have stayed in South Haven three or four prior times and this house is definitely in the top two places we have stayed. We had a great time.

Lovely vacation house

The property was well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked w glassware, silverware, plates, bowls and serving pieces. Our family enjoyed time on the deck with adequate chairs, two tables and umbrellas. Thai Phi is a very response host.

Home away from home

We enjoyed South Haven and this home a lot. It was very comfortable and fully stocked with your essentials. Very clean!! The neighborhood is nice and quiet and it was great being so close to Kids Corner, the lake and beach. The owners were easy to reach and replied promptly when we had a question, also vey kind. We would definitely consider returning for another vacation.

South Haven 4th of July Family Fun

We had such a wonderful time and can't thank the hosts enough for their kindness and helpfulness in making our stay so special. The house was lovely, clean and comfortable and in the perfect location for our family, which included two grandparents, four adult kids and five grandkids to enjoy the fireworks, parade and beautiful South Haven beach! We highly recommend this rental because it was perfect for our family time together at Lake Michigan.

Nice vacation stay

Roomy house, great location

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 8 adults and two kids under 4. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space, and the location was great for accessing the lake, parks, and downtown. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. Thank you!

Wonderful !

We had a wonderful week. The house was great. Plenty of room for all of us. Well kept and well furnished The kids loved being so close to the Park. Spent time at the beach. My son found some great mountain biking ! Everything was clean and well stocked ! Good restaurants and shopping. Had our groceries delivered by Meijer. We may be back !

Perfect house for a friends trip!

I can't say enough great things about the house and our overall experience! We had a group of 10 friends/coworkers with an average age in the early 30's and we wanted a place where we could hang outside, cook together, play yard games and relax. The house is wonderful. There were a few things that stood out. 1) The very spacious refrigerator and the extra refrigerator in the garage. We cooked all of our meals at the house and needed as much space as we could get for food and drinks. 2) We spent the majority of our time on the deck or in the yard. The deck was spacious and had enough seating for everyone in our group. 3) Since we cooked all of our meals, we also spent a lot of time in the kitchen. It has a great layout and is fully stocked with any cooking utensils/pans/etc. you might need. 4) The house was immaculate when we arrived. It was freshly cleaned and smelled amazing! Communication with the owner was very easy and we had no issues in booking, checking in/out, etc. I would definitely recommend this house for a group trip!

Fun family house and short walk to beach and playground

We loved this place. It was close to the beach about a 10 min walk with kids. And 5 min to the playground. Downtown area about a 30 min walk. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We had a large family and it fit us perfectly.

Perfect spot

This property was exactly what we were hoping for. We were close to the beach and the Kids Corner playground, while also being close to walk into downtown South Haven. The house was in great condition and I would recommend this to anyone as a great location to stay when in South Haven.

Excellent Location, Clean, and great value

Stayed here over the Blueberry Festival weekend for 3 nights. 3 families (3 couples, children, mother-in-law). The location is in the south side of South Haven, in a neighborhood, and only a 5 minute walk to the start of South Beach and Kid's Corner park. Downtown is a little farther walk, but being on the south side of the river still very close, only about 10-15 minutes walking. The neighborhood is quiet, which is welcome when the festival is going on. The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with plates, bowls, pans, and utensils allowed us to eat at home a few times and grill on the wheelchair accessible deck. Setup is split level, with 2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs, and 2 beds rooms and a bath downstairs. Extra beds and pullout couches in the basement allowed additional capacity and everyone to have their own bed. Overall, the experience was great. The owner was ready and onsite to great us and show us around. And checkout was a breeze, just a text page to the owner and she was there in a few minutes. Only a few minor issues, but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. The cabinets in the kitchen were a little worn, the deck needs to be re-stained, and the temperature was hard to balance between the rooms upstairs and downstairs. But other than that, the home is great if you want to enjoy both the beach, downtown, and the excellent kids corner park. It was a great value and definitely recommend it.

Perfect Vacation home

My family had a great stay. The owner was awesome to deal with. She answered all my questions about the area. The house layout gave everyone plenty of room. Within walking distance of park and beach. Beautiful and spotless home in a great location!!

We needed a wheelchair accessible home for my father and this worked perfectly. The property was a short walking distance to the beach and park. The home was well taken care of and clean and fit 10 of us with room to spare. Great yard and garage, and the owners were wonderful to communicate with and really cared about making us feel comfortable! We will definitely come back!

Great vacation house that has all the comforts of home.

Sisters get away

We rented this home for a retreat weekend in September for sisters and their nieces. This home had 4 bedrooms plus two additional sleeping areas. It was well cared for, clean, spacious and very comfortable. It is in a quiet neighborhood and just a couple blocks from the beach - easy walking. Table is large enough for 8 people to play cards. The owner met us and was very accommodating. If we ever have the chance to go back we would definitely try to stay here again.

Nice place for multiple families or big family

My family and a one of my close friends family rented this house for 4th of July week. It was great. Nice and close to the beach. A nice big park right down the street for kids. The house is big and spacious. It has a nice big deck out back for relaxing. The house had everything we needed to cook dinner or grill out every night. I would definitely recommend this house. I am sure we will be back again.

I am a South Haven native and my husband is from SW Michigan, but we are currently residing in SE Michigan. My family has been in South Haven since I was very little, our family is well known throughout town, my mom has owned the nail salon (Natural Nails) near the hospital for over 15+ years! My husband and I graduated from Michigan State and both work in the automotive industry. We love traveling but nothing beats a weekend at our alternative 'home' on Lake Michigan.

The home was built in the 90s, so with the updates we have been making, it is a very newer feeling home. Though we live in SE Michigan, my mom lives around the corner from the rental property so they'll be able to assist with any of the questions/needs you may have during the stay. With all the living room spaces, we knew it was perfect for family gatherings in the future as we use the home on various occasions throughout the year.
