RELAX in this cozy third level 1 bedroom condo located in the Colony II golf community. The condo is smoke-free with one bedroom/one full bath and 2 Queen beds and queen sleeper sofa in living room. The condo has two televisions (Smart TVs for streaming - no cable - guests must use own accounts) for ultimate entertainment enjoyment. The condo floor plan is open with interconnecting kitchen/dining/living areas. The bedroom is located at the front of the condo and has 2 queen beds with a private bathroom featuring a hot tub with multiple jets and a shower. The kitchen has all major appliances including dishwasher, full-size refrigerator and range. It is also equipped with microwave, Keurig coffee maker and toaster. The dining area has seating for four and a raised bar with additional seating. The condo has central heat & air and a laundry area with washer/dryer. The main area of the condo has sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony perfect for unwinding and enjoying the courtyard view of the community grounds. Located a short 1.9 mile drive from Sunset Beach and only minutes away from multiple area golf courses this condo offers the best of everything for a perfect golf/beach vacation experience. Community indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, charcoal grills and picnic tables on site. Complimentary linens, towels and departure maid service included with every rental.

Pictures were accurate of the condo. Clean and very well stocked with kitchen items, towels and starter items. Great location for the beach and a short drive to Myrtle Beach. Laundry right in the unit was helpful. The only downside was the water temperature, the shower didn't stay warm long enough and maybe the tank needs to be turned up. Would stay again top floor and quiet.

The space was very clean and welcoming! We enjoyed our stay as well as everyone we met there at the property. The room was perfect for our short stay. Although the door lock did not work great, it was fixed quickly! The check-in process was quick and easy! We will definitely be staying again!

Please have the thermostat checked. The fan ran all the time even after i changed it to automatic. This is probably making the power bill go up. There seemed to a big difference in the temperature between the bedroom and living area. Because the fan was constantly running, it created a draft.Other than that, our stay was very nice. The little snacks and coffee pods were very welcome. Very beautifully decorated.

We only stayed friday- sunday. But the A/c didnt work. It was cooler outside than inside the condo. It was 78 when we walked in and we bumped it down to 70. When we got up the next morning it was still 78. We tried to do one degree at a time but that wasnt working. We left around 9am and came back at 9pm. It was still so hot. We called and told the office what was going on and explained what happened. They brought a window unit within an hour and it cooled off some. I felt so bad because we were leaving in the morning but we were all so uncomfortable and couldn't sleep. Other than that it was a nice little place. Its on the 3rd floor and a view of the pool. Easy to use the door code and get into with instructions.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate that you noted the condo to be nicely appointed and convenient to the pool. The report that the air conditioning was not working was not received until Saturday night at 9:40PM. Any mechanical issues are immediately addressed to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay. If the issue had been reported Saturday morning the service company for the Heating and Air unit could have been contacted to fix the problem during the day Saturday. Maintenance did bring a portable air conditioning unit over after receiving the 9:40PM call on Saturday night in order to help cool off the condo as much as possible in the bedroom area. We hope you will stay again in the future.

Overall, good accommodations.Feedback: sheets on bed were stiff, mattresses were extra firm, no blanket available for cover. The long code to enter was difficult to manipulate- could not hear the "click" so it took a couple of tries to open the door.
