Odies Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We worked around any issue we had. Low flow shower head. The toaster is a fire hazard. The one toliet wouldn't stop running. Had to turn the water off or it would beep and have to be reset. Also, the fan in the bedroom was loud.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. I think it needs updated decor. They need to update the bed, the mattress was fine. Overall it was fine. We were not in it till later in the evening.

Pleasant Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were happy with location and cleanliness of room. I would recommend upgrades to TVs and lamps with USB connections. There was an issue with shower that didn't fall into emergency category and because it was a weekend stay, we couldn't report it so therefore we just dealt with it.

Veda, Thank you for sharing. But we always will respond to issues, even on the weekends. it does not matter what type it is. The Emergencies for "After Hours" are limited to Fire, Flood, AC that would need to be addressed immediate.

Nice getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and the temp was nice. The ceiling fans help to cool the place. The ceiling fan in the bedroom made a squeeking sound the whole time it was on, but we left it on. The light in the laundry area needed a new bulb, making it a little dark there. The main ceiling light fixture in the kitchen did not work. The breaker was off, and I think that the whole fixture probably needs to be replaced. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Just some minor repairs and tweeks and it is good. Plenty of linens, and hot shower.
