OF NOTE: This home is on a property with a large long term rental unit, shared parking area, two furnished units (both available for short or long term) - NO inside spaces are shared. There is also a private patio with outdoor dining available off of the kitchen entrance door.
Other things to note
Grand P is a guest house located on a property with other rentals as well. There are no shared spaces, but you might run into others outside during your stay, should you decide to use the main parking area instead of the alleyway entrance. Be sure to park ONLY in the designated parking areas.
