Escape to this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in a quiet East Sandwich neighborhood, just over half a mile from the beautiful East Sandwich Beach. With modern comforts, a thoughtful layout, and relaxing outdoor spaces, this home offers everything you need for a memorable Cape Cod getaway.

The lower level features two cozy bedrooms, one with a king and one with a queen bed, a full bathroom with a tub and shower, and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Relax on the comfy sectional by the fireplace, enjoy meals in the dining area, or cook in the modern kitchen with updated appliances and a convenient island. The main level also has an A/C split to keep things cool on warm summer days.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms—one with two twins and the other with two twins and a queen bed—plus a second bathroom with a shower and a washer and dryer. Outside, enjoy the partially fenced yard with a private hot tub and an enclosed outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a beach day.

We enjoyed the lovely home, adult daughter and friend loved the beach. We liked the location of the home, near the ocean. Several nice restaurants are nearby, and we saw opening night of a new play, "Joan", about Joan Rivers. The kitchen had everything we could want and need. All was well.

The house was perfect. It was well decorated and very clean minus an issue with ants in the kitchen. While we were very tidy about food I did notice a lot of ants in the kitchen coming from the window above the sink. I would look into sealing that area for future guests.

Relaxing Escape

My family and I , including the in laws just enjoyed a wonderful trip staying at 6 Richards Way. We all fit comfortably and my teenage daughters loved that they had the second floor to themselves. This home was one of the cleanest home rentals I have ever been to. The kitchen had everything you would need for a full week away from your own house. Not only did the kitchen have everything you need it all seemed new and great quality. We loved that the living room and dining room had enough seats for all of us. The backyard and outdoor shower seemed like the highlights for us. The yard was a good mix of sun and shade and we enjoyed hours of playing yard games or cards at the outdoor table. The privacy of the backyard is wonderful and it’s a quiet street too. The beach was a 5min bike ride away , maybe would be about a 20 min walk but we always took our bikes. It’s a steep incline to a rocky beach but it was good for quick afternoon trips to get some sun. I recommend going to Town Neck Beach, that’s softer sand and the water was nice and clear. Maybe my only suggestion would be to add more screens to the windows. We had a cool week and it would have been nice to have more fresh air.

Beautiful week at the beach

This home is absolutely beautiful. It was so clean, well kept, and well stocked (pots/pans, kitchen essentials, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, bath towels, sheets, games, etc.). My niece loved her room and the fun color changing lights. We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the beautiful yard and deck/patio area. The outdoor shower is definitely the nicest I’ve ever used. The hot tub was great to relax in at night. It’s located in a nice, quiet, neighborhood and about a 10-12 minute walk to the beach. I have stayed in several beach houses before and this one, without a doubt, is absolutely is the best. We had a great week and look forward to returning in the future. We had such a great time. One minor suggestion…it would have been nice to have screens in all the windows so we could open them at night for sleeping. We had a few nice nights where the fresh air would have been nice rather than the AC, but no biggie at all.

Perfect house

Super clean, organized, great care was taken to renovate and stock this house. Quiet street, walking distance to the beach (about 20 min). Beach has smooth rocks, very beautiful. The beach access is slightly challenging due to steep climb, but the view is beautiful. Firewood for the bonfire on the beach is available on the way, which was a nice touch. Overall, would stay there again.
