Welcome to our peaceful escape! This exquisite home offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and coastal charm. Nestled just 250 (1 minute walk) feet from the private association beach, you'll find yourself immersed in the soothing sounds of the ocean and sprinkled by ocean views from the backyard, kitchen, and bedrooms.

The first floor boasts a cozy bedroom featuring a queen bed and a Smart TV, providing a serene haven for relaxation. The king bedroom, also equipped with a Smart TV, exudes a sense of peace with a view of the ocean, while the third bedroom offers a versatile sleeping arrangement with two full beds and one twin bed. All beds are adorned with new mattresses and allergen-proof mattress pads and encasements to ensure a restful night's sleep. LINENS FOR BEDS INCLUDED. First floor has full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Additional 1/2 bath on second floor and heated outdoor shower on the property. Bath towels are provided.
