Hermoso condominio frente al mar

Condominio en el piso 19 de Sunrise Beach ... Despiértese cada mañana con un hermoso amanecer en su balcón privado mientras disfruta de su taza de café por la mañana. Hermoso condominio junto a la playa para seis (6) cómodamente, cocina completa con encimeras de granito. Dormitorio principal con cama king size, baño privado con plato de ducha y bañera estilo jardín, TV y puertas corredizas de vidrio al balcón. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de tamaño completo con televisor en la pared y baño completo directamente en el pasillo. Sala de estar con un nuevo sofá cama tamaño queen, una gran pantalla de TV montada en la pared y un comedor con mesa para 4 personas y un bar con asientos para dos. Dos grandes piscinas un año climatizada todo el año, dos jacuzzis, una gran sala de fitness y sala de conferencias / sala de reuniones, se proporcionan parrillas exteriores. Ropa de cama y vajilla / se proporcionan las cacerolas. Un amplio estacionamiento cubierto lo lleva directamente a las parrillas a gas de la comunidad y a la pasarela de madera de la playa. Recuéstese junto a la piscina y simplemente relájese al sol o visite cualquiera de las atracciones cercanas, como Pier Park con excelentes restaurantes y tiendas, pesca, golf o pruebe su suerte en las pistas para perros de Ebro. 5 Days of Relaxation

Despite the chilly temps that dipped into the 30s we enjoyed our visit. 1905 was cozy and comfortable. Would recommend it!

When I booked the condo it said free beach chair service which is a big factor for me but when i went to get our chairs the young man said it wasnt included, that was the only hiccup. Great condo

Perfect! We will be back!

We recently spent five nights at this condo and will be reserving it for next summer as well. It is very attractive, bright and inviting. We LOVED it. Easy access the beach and pools and VERY friendly staff. The location is very close to Pier Park and Wal-mart. If you're looking for a getaway I would highly recommend this unit. The owner was very kind and easy to deal with as well. Overall, our experience was great!

The good, location, well stocked with essentials, especially towels. Loved the balcony, owner was great with his communication skills, always emailed me back. The bad, housekeepers just changed bedding, gave it a little cleaning, not a good cleaning to my standards, dirty dishes, dirty floor behind the sofa bed, condo could use some updating. Our stay was above satisfactory after we cleaned and sanitized everything. We had problems with the sliding door in the living room, it was hard for even the adults to open and I hated the tall space at the bottom of the sliding door, we tripped over it often (I know it has to be there but this one was taller than a lot of condos we've stayed at.

Check-in info was wrong, smoke alarm prob

The view was beautiful, the room was clean, but there were problems. The information packet we recieved stated we could check in early if the room was cleaned; spoke with cleaner and it was. Unloaded all our kids and stuff only to find out we could NOT get in for another 5 hours. Then the smoke alarms went NUTS at 11:30 pm and 2:30 am one night. I thought we should have been comp'd a night or something but we werent and because of that we wont be staying here again.

We always state that check in time is 4:00pm we are very sorry they assumed they could get in early. I never know when the cleaners are going to be thru and they are not allowed to let clients in the condo. Accidents happen yes the fire alarm went crazy and I got security there to fix it once I was alerted to the problem. I was not asked to give them a free night after all they were only paying $100 a night. I am very sorry they were unhappy with their stay we try very hard to make each guest as welcome as possible. But sometimes it's just impossible.

Average condo

Check in, was good, and easy. Upon arriving condo was dirty, the counters and table had not even been wiped off. I notified the owner, she offered to have same cleaning person come out the next day, I declined, why would I want the same person who didn't do their job the first time coming back in when I was sitting there. Took me about 2 hours to get the place clean. The furniture is very basic, old and even some of it broken. There is no cabinet space for food storage, so all dry goods have to be stored on counter. This was a last minute stay so we got a discount. My sister was staying in same building, the original charge/price would have been the same as her 3 bedroom condo, which was immaculate with 2 sets of beach chairs. If we would have paid the same amount she paid I would have been very upset. As mentioned in other reviews there can be a several minute wait for elevators. I do not like that you have to go down/up several floors from pool to beach. The beach was dirty, everytime I went out to walk on beach I would come back with a bag of trash instead of a bag of shells:(. Overall, I would not stay here again.

The room was not clean. There was a major electrical issue with the condo. We were not able to use the washer and dryer or the television when needed. The dishwasher never worked, and it stunk of stagnant water and mold. Catching up on maintenance for the condo should be done BEFORE NOT DURING THE GUEST'S VACATION. The unit 1905 at Sunrise Beach Resort is owned by the Cole family. They refunded me $80 (the "cleaning fee" and gave us one dozen donuts for the inconveniences my family experienced during our week in their condo. I pre-paid almost $1700 for the stay, based on the description in the VRBO listing, and I sent the Cole family a text which encouraged them to compensate me for the inconveniences my family experienced during our stay in their condo. I still haven't received any reply, but they did send the doughnuts. Avoid this unit!

There were many positives to our stay. The condo was a perfect size for myself and my daughters. We were here for a softball tournament, and the girls enjoyed the pool and staying at the same place. The views are absolutely stunning. The parking garage is an added bonus considering it rained A LOT during our week there. The beds were comfortable, and the new couch was nice. We did have mold in the master bathroom, and there was def a moldy smell in there. We bought some air fresheners and that helped. The walls could use new paint and the bedding could be updated. We could not get the tv to work in the small bedroom. We had to wash towels a lot because there were so few of them. There was no garbage bag in the kitchen garbage so that was inconvenient until we could get to grocery store. The balcony furniture is quite stained and not the most comfortable. It’s our favorite place to be so nicer outdoor furniture would have been awesome. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Beach #1905. I think if we come back we would look for a more updated condo like some of our teammates’ condos.

Great Family Get Away!!!!

Condo was in a great location, had a great view and was exactly what I had expected. Pools were great, only bummer was you could not have any beverages near the pool. Mark was great to work with, very responsive from the beginning to check in. Would love to return.

Great stay

Overall this was a great place to stay. Pictures were on point and the facility was easily accessed. Beach had red flags during our stay but the two pools were awesome! Linens weren’t quite up to par but I feel like this falls on the cleaning service and not the owner. There was fresh paint, with nice furnishings, a beautiful unit!
