Un hogar lejos de casa: Vacation Rental 303 (Silver Rated) es un alquiler vacacional en el último piso. Recientemente (enero de 2016) actualizado. Sala de estar con sofá reclinable de cuero, comedor y cocina actualizada totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito, dos dormitorios, dos baños completos. Balcón privado de la sala de estar y dormitorio principal con vista completa del Golfo y la piscina. Un lugar perfecto para observar delfines, aves marinas y hermosas puestas de sol sobre el agua y el horizonte que te dejará sin aliento. Gran TV LCD por cable montado en la pared en la sala de estar y todas las habitaciones. Computadora con acceso a internet WIFI gratuito. Lavadora / secadora en condominio. 2 espacios de estacionamiento cubierto asignados. Este alquiler de vacaciones viene con acceso al gimnasio local sin cargo. El propietario solicita no fumar. We had a nice stay. Condo unit and common areas of the property are well maintained. Perfect location and the condo even had beach chairs. The rental company was friendly and easy to deal with. Only negative was the pool heat wasn’t working so the water was very cold.

Hamilton House 303 was an amazing home away from home vacation spot. The beautiful sunsets, ocean front view and security features of this condo made my wife and I start to seriously consider purchasing a beach front condo in the area. We will return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at many of the JC Resorts condos at Hamilton House over the years. JC Resorts is always a pleasure to work with. They are prompt, professional and provide unmatched service.The condo we rented this year was, as always, well cleaned and spacious. The bed in the master is lovely to sleep on. The spare room beds are fine as well. The location and views couldn’t be better. We will continue to come back. Our group rents about 6 condos each year.There are only 2 items that could be improved upon. The showers in our condo LOOK glorious, with a wall of sprayers and overhead rain shower head. However, the only one that can really be used is the overhead. In the master, some of the sprayers are broken. In the guest bath, you cannot use the wall sprayers because it just hits the opposite wall and runs out into the floor.Secondly, the elevator can be problematic. It worked fine most of the trip, but got stuck on a few occasions. For those who are able, the stairs work just fine if you’re not transporting bags or groceries.

Beach vacation

We had a lovely stay. The property is beautiful! Only drawback was that we had to check in late due to flight change and pick up keys at a different condo location. Would 100% stay there again. Location can't be beat. Beautiful view!

The kitchen was adequately stocked. There was no cooking spices, which was no problem, just in the past at other rentals they had a limited stock of common seasoning. The condo has several beach chairs and an umbrella. There was a small supply of kids beach toys. Overall this was a great condo. We did late check in with no problems. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach getaway!

This condo has it all! Direct access to the beautiful ocean, a pool and all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer. We enjoyed waking up and taking walks on the beach, enjoyed watching sunsets from our deck. The condo is located in the center of beautiful Indian Rocks Beach with restaurants, bakeries, and shops all within walking distance. A grocery store is located in the next town over, about a 10 min drive. The condo has covered parking spots. We can't wait to return!

Reviewer Comments: This building is a hidden gem - walking distance to all sorts of dining options, and a section of beach that never seemed to get too crowded, even with spring break in full swing. The condo was comfortable with everything we needed, the management team was eager to help (but we never needed to call them) and the views were breathtaking. The other visitors also happened to be wonderful families - and everyone was super respectful of keeping any noise down. We can’t wait to go back!

It was clean but the kitchen and bathroom cabinets could use an update and a start up supply of dish liquid would be nice. Also the beach towel use was odd. We enjoyed sitting on the nice balcony watching the sunset. One thing that is really needed are grab bars in the shower. The area is ideal. Walking distance to some really good restaurants!

Amazing Vacation spot

Absolutely loved the condo and the property. Had an issue to with the AC but they were quick to send maintenance to resolve the issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach vacation

Perfect place right on beach! Beach not crowded. Several restaurants and Ice cream with in walking distance. Covered parking spot was nice. Grounds well kept! Check in was a breeze. Lady was super helpful! It absolutely was the perfect place to stay! We will definitely be back!!!
