Located in Pinetop-Lakeside, this delightful property features a 1-bedroom main house of 420sqft with added porch of 350sqft. and, with a detached nice size casita, making it the perfect retreat for guests. The main house offers a cozy queen bed, while the casita includes a twin bed and a full bed, ensuring a comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, BBQ, a washing machine, and a dryer.
This house is new on the Vrbo sinceJuly 2025, but we are hosting our guest 10+ y in Prescott and Chandler for 2Y.

Fall in love with Pinetop-Lakeside and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

Less than 5 minutes from the famous Charlie Clark's Steakhouse, this location will surely not disappoint. Situated in a quiet, established neighborhood with great people, it offers plenty of opportunities for peaceful walks with your fluffy friend. The yard has a medium perimeter fence, so you are welcome to bring medium size pets.

Just 4 short miles to Hon-Dah Casino and with over 60 lakes in the area, including many within 10 miles, this location is perfect for hiking and fishing. Take in all that the cool weather of Pinetop has to offer and book now. The house is also just 30 miles to Sunrise Ski and recreational area which features skiing in the winter, and mountain biking and Alpine Slide in the summer.

One of the highlights of Pine and Peaks Retreat is the spacious 350 sq. ft. screened-in front porch, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air without the hassle of bugs. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, this porch offers a serene space to relax. Additionally, the property features a wood-burning firepit, ideal for chilly nights. Gather around the firepit with friends and family, roast marshmallows, and create lasting memories under the starry skies.

The house also boasts a very well-stocked full kitchen, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. For your comfort, there is portable air conditioning, and for entertainment, there are 2 TVs with streaming services. Coffee lovers will appreciate the two coffee machines available for use. Plus, there is a gas grill on the big porch, perfect for outdoor cooking and dining.
Fenced yard for your small to medium size fluffy friend.- Guests are responsible for any pets injury or damage.

Property is as pictured. The screened in porch is very comfortable and great to have dinner on the porch. The house is well stocked and bed is very comfortable. Perfect yard for a dog our support dog able to go in and out on his own. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood there are alot of dogs and they bark as you walk the neighborhood. Our second stay and we will return.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how well-kept and welcoming everything was. The house itself is adorable —clean, cozy and thoughtfully decorated. The closed in patio was a major bonus as we could enjoy the beautiful weather without being bombarded by any bugs (I’m sure my hunting dogs would have had a nice meal out of some flying beetles anyways) In addition, the cabin had everything we needed, including a full kitchen that made it easy to cook meals and enjoy quality time with my parents.One of the highlights was the huge yard—our dogs were absolutely in heaven! They had so much space to run and play safely, which made the trip even more special for all of us.The owners were incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure we felt right at home throughout our stay. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort. Even their neighbors had nothing but kind words to say about them. We can’t recommend this place enough and will be booking with them again in the near future.

Such a perfect set up for a couple, and another persondog for the guest house in the back! Nice big yard for kicking a ball around for the dog. Wonderful location- 10 min to Casino, walks along Rim road, where there are no houses- just the pretty pines! Clean and well laid out little home!

This is absolutely the cutest house ever! It is a small home, but has everything and you can tell the owners take pride in it. The owner was very communicative with me when I needed it. The location is right in the middle of Pinetop. Gorgeous!!!!For this trip, I brought my 11-year-old daughter.It would be an amazing place to be for a couple; however, I am coming back! :)

Quiet neighborhood awesome porch

The property is as pictured. The porch is so so nice comfortable and wonderful to sit and enjoy coffee, dinner or relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet other than the occasional barking dog. The owners were very responsive and welcoming.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

After being introduced to the neighborhood by our good friends who moved there 4 years ago, we were immediately drown to the beauty and peacefulness of the neighborhood. While being in the tall pines, the house is still a very short drive to amazing restaurants, lakes, golf courses and casino. It is also a short 30 miles to Sunrise ski resort which is great both in the winter and summer. This has been our retreat during the summer months over the past year and we absolutely love the area. Our dog loves it too!!
