New 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage-style home nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Pinetop-Lakeside. This charming little home has everything you need while you’re away from yours.



You’re just minutes from Woodland Lake Park, Charlie Clark’s Steakhouse, and many more local favorites!



Each room features its own A/C, heater, and fan—so you can easily dial in your perfect comfort level and enjoy peaceful nights.



There are plenty of outdoor spaces to unwind, including two covered decks and a cozy patio set—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.



The master suite boasts a king bed and walk-in shower, while the second bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk and an additional twin bed, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. The open-concept great room combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas for easy gathering.



Wildlife lovers will appreciate the frequent visits from deer, squirrels, and bluejays in the peaceful surroundings. The home sits just below street level, giving you a private, tucked-away feel.



Right across the street is the Hillside Hangout—a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that’s also available to reserve if you’re traveling with a larger group.

I would highly recommend the Cozy Cottage for any stays (winter or summer) in the Pinetop/Lakeside area. Clean and comfortable with everything you would need for a visit to the mountains.

The cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. It was clean and well stocked. We absolutely loved sitting outside under the shaded decks. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would absolutely recommend this property.

The host was excellent and easy to deal with and always available to answer questions. It's newly built, clean and dog friendly with gates to block the porches. Not much living space so best for small group. Wish it had screen on sliding door to enjoy fresh air without bugs getting in.

Absolutely fabulous get away for us and we will definitely be returning. Everything was sparkling clean and the cabin had Everything we needed. The host was always quick to respond as well. See you soon!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything you might need for a relaxing mountain escape. Communication with our hosts was excellent both in terms of information provided and responsiveness. Sitting out mornings or evenings on one of the porches was one of our favorite things. The location was quiet yet convenient to Woodland Lake Park and restaurants, shopping, etc in town. We are already working on when we can go back!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin! It was everything we expected. Beautiful inside and out!! Very quiet (even the rooster crowing was fun). Great hostess answered every question with a quick response. We look forward in staying again in the future.

We stayed here because our daughter was getting married at The Greenhouse. It is perfectly located near the venue and to town. Very quiet, beautiful sitting outside in the morning for coffee (the neighbor has a rooster, but it didn't wake us inside). Unfortunately we didn't get to spend much time, but the amenities are new and updated. beautiful kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable little cabin in a great location

Clean, adorable, and cozy! My family really enjoyed our stay here. There is a lovely outdoor space, great for grilling or morning coffee. Property is well appointed, we didn’t find ourselves in need of anything. Will definitely stay here again.

The cabin was beautiful and perfect for our needs. Very well appointed. We found everything we needed was provided even gates to keep our pups on the deck with us! The hosts had thought of everything! The only reason for the missing 5th star is not in the host’s control… neighbors barking dogs and neighbors outdoor music and deck party taking away from the serenity of the area.

Very nice home...had everything you need. Perfect location. Quiet neighborhood. Steps down to home were a bit of a challenge for an older couple unloading and loading the car. A fenced in area for the dog would have been helpful too. Other than that the house was ideal.

We had such a wonderful experience staying here and truly feel grateful for the time we spent in this beautiful space. Communication from the start was excellent clear, prompt, and helpful which made everything feel smooth and stress-free.The property itself was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location is fantastic, peaceful and scenic, yet conveniently close to everything you might need. The amenities were thoughtful and made the stay even more enjoyable, creating a true home-away-from-home experience.One of my favorite parts was being surrounded by nature. We saw deer walking through the area, which was such a special and memorable touch. On clear nights, the sky was absolutely stunning, filled with bright stars. I especially loved sitting out on the porch, listening to the wind blowing through the trees, it was so peaceful and relaxing. Also, Woodland Lake Park is right down the street and is perfect for walking dogs or going for a run.The only thing I would note is that the steps leading down to the house and back up to the parking area are somewhat steep. Anyone with mobility concerns may want to take this into consideration.Overall, this was an incredible stay, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway. I would gladly return!
