Start your winter day off by getting geared up for a day of snow adventures and ski down to River Run chair lift straight from your front porch! On the edge of Ketchum, a literal ski ride to the slopes and a short walk downtown for dinner after!

Start your summer day off by riding the expansive trails of Ketchum or hiking Bald Mountain at your doorstep!

This vintage condo has been in our family for 25 years! As we use it less, we'd like to share it more. Looking forward to hosting you!

Please note for bookings made after 01/14/26, there is now assigned parking with permits. There is a $150 passed on to us by the HOA for lost/missing parking permits. We collect this REFUNDABLE fee at the time of booking. If the permit is not returned after the stay, the refundable fee will not be returned. We truly apologize for this inconvenience.

Cute little condo extremely close to Sun Valley skiing. If ski boots weren’t so uncomfortable you could walk to the base from the condo! Host was very available and everything was clean.

Place had not been cleaned on our arrival, Will was very accommodating and got a cleaner there right away! He let us know as soon as it was ready for us as we went into town to grab some dinner. He even refunded the for our first night stay!

Great location!! Fire place didn’t work dishwasher was broken, carpets dirty! Said theyHad a bath& 1/2 ,had sink N master, that not a1/2 bathroom!! It needs a major update & things fixed ifI knew they didn’t have extra 1/2 bath would have never rented it!! & never will again!!

We’re glad you enjoyed the location! We make every effort to be very transparent in our listing, photos, and welcome letter, about the age of the condo and the amenities provided, so guests can make an informed decision before booking. The property is an older unit, and while we maintain it carefully, it may not reflect the level of modernization some guests prefer. The bathroom layout, including the additional sink in the master area, also described in the listing. We also want to note that during a phone conversation, the tone and yelling directed at us was extremely rude and unacceptable. We always do our best to help guests and resolve concerns, but respectful communication is essential. As other reviews confirm, we remain committed to being honest about our property, responsive to guest needs, and providing a comfortable stay for the many guests who enjoy visiting our family condo and the wonderful location :-)

Lovely condo in town that had everything we needed for a long weekend. The main bedroom on the second floor was very comfortable and had a beautiful view of the mountains. Hiking and bike trails were right out the door, as were restaurants and markets so you could easily walk around town. Also some great trails just minutes away by car. Appreciated the guide book with recommendations on places to eat….Pio was our favorite! Loved our stay in Ketchum and hope to stay here again soon.

Very neat condo. Well situated to walk or bike to main street. Kitchen had everything one would want and check-in was a breeze. Owner was responsive when I had a question. Just know that there are 3 floors for extra cardio!

Nice stay for a few days to see the music festival! Family of 3, beds were comfy and the home was in a great location for everything in Ketchum. There is no AC but plenty of fans and cool at night. Stairs are a little high if you have difficulty climbing wouldn't recommend but other than that was a great place to enjoy all of the area!

We loved our stay in Ketchum. The condo was just as described. Very clean. We liked that there was a separate sink outside the bathroom. We didnt use the kitchen for cooking. But the fridge kept our drinks and snacks cold. The location is perfect to walk to the restaurants in town. Would stay there again.

Fantastic Spot!

Absolutely loved how close this was to River Run - I could walk 10 minutes and be in line for the ski lifts. The place is nice and cozy and served all my needs. Comfy beds and a great little kitchen. Only negatives: two of the burners on the stove didn't work, and the fridge struggles to get very cold. Overall loved my stay here!

Great spot

Host was willing to help out if there were any issues (thankfully had no issues), spot is super close to the ski resort and downtown. They let you know to bring your own spices and knives, which was helpful! Listing is exactly as described. Perfect for a weekend trip, and already looking at booking it for next season.

The unit was adequately equipped with western charm. It certainly could use updates for carpet old and stained in areas. The blankets are very old surprised that such would be in a rental. But the unit is clean and at a very good price below average so if you aren't very picky its fine and walk right into downtown Ketchum is a nice perk.

We had a bad start - the cleaning lady got the date mixed up so the condo wasn't ready for us - but even though it was already really late, the host sprang into action & got the cleaning lady out there quick. Both the host & cleaning lady were super apologetic & the host more than made up for the mix up. Overall, the host was very communicative whenever we had questions. The condo has everything you need & is comfy. The location the excellent; it only took a few minutes to get to the Sun Valley ice rink and is a short walk from shopping & dining in Ketchum. Just be aware that there are 3 floors so you will get your exercise in. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Steps going upstairs were horrible and not to code along with railing. Carpet in 1 bdrm looked like someone tried to change their oil there...roof leak? Just very dated but location was good. One roll of toilet paper for 3 people/ 2nts....we purchased some. Dish washer no working....

Super cute and clean

It was very nice, clean and affordable. I will say that the fridge wasn’t cold enough and also could use a better mattress in the top room. But overall really nice.

Good property, terrible manager

The property is as the photos show so we expected it to look as it did when we got there. However, on the second day the washing machine stopped working and the owner asked me to call someone to repair it. Later, she accused me of breaking it and asked that I come back after my stay to wait for a repairman to come fix it, which I didn’t believe was my responsibility. When I voiced this, she became quite unhappy and seemed to lightly threaten me with the words “well if that’s how you want this to go”. Additionally, we were missing some basics, the most glaring of which was a lack of toilet paper. We were given two rolls for our 5 day stay, which we didn’t realize until we ran out. Overall I’m incredibly upset with the property manager and the general service she provided.

The renter called on the second day of her stay to ask me why the washing machine wasn't working. She said she had used it the day before but today it wasn't working. Since it was the 2nd day of her stay I assumed she wanted it fixed before she left. I asked if she could let in a repairman if I called one. She was absolutely shocked. She didn’t believe it was her responsibility. I am sincerely sorry the washer broke. I am sorry I offended the renter. It was fixed as soon as the renter left. As far as the toilet paper, I have a supply cupboard stocked with toilet paper and other essential items. I'm not quite sure why she couldn't find the toilet paper.
