One of the North Coast's finest and more exclusive properties. Nestled up the hill from Preston Island Beach, which allows bonfires, this property sits with unobstructed ocean views behind Pebble Beach Drive. Each luxurious room has a private en-suite bathroom for a serene sleeping experience. While the spacious, beautifully decorated main living areas can be used to share quiet evenings, or competitive game nights or preparing a delicious meal in the well-appointed gourmet kitchen.

Other things to note
No shoes in the home. Absolutely no pets, this is an allergy-free home. If you exceed 10 or more guests or have children under 12 you must send an inquiry before booking to assure it is a good fit.

Treats: Coffee and creamer is provided for all reservations. For VIP bookings exceeding a base rate of $300/day (before taxes and platform service fees), you will receive one free bottle of wine for each day of your stay. For reservations with a base rate of less than $300/day, you will receive one free bottle of wine for your stay. You can opt out of this after you book if you want to decline.
Security: We do have CCTV outside the house to help protect us and help protect you and help protect our neighbors.

Booking: If the calendar is open, the house is available. Yes, we take last minute bookings. If you are getting blocked from booking please message us so we can assist with your booking. Please remember to book for all overnight guests, visitors incur a fee of $15/person/day.

Host was very responsive. Excellent oceanfront location with incredible views! Very spacious for a large group. Each room has its own bathroom, which was really nice! Very clean home and well stocked kitchen.

We could have used a few more forks and good chopping knives. The place was beautiful. I love we all had bathrooms with each bedroom. I think we were shorted a bottle of wine and there was no coffee and that was on the listing that they provide coffee. There was a broken fireplace door that was just sitting there and a very wobbly chair we were afraid to use in the dining room. Overall, it was great. I just worry they think we broke the chair or the fireplace when it was broken before we got there. The views were fabulous.

We had a great stay after a long day in the Redwoods. The next morning we went to go look for starfish across the street at the tidepools. Kids had a blast and it was one of the best highlights from the whole trip.

The home was beautiful and the hosts were very attentive. My family really enjoyed the area and our visit to this area of California. It's absolutely beautiful and this home made it comfortable for all 8 of us.

Excellent customer service.

We got there and we had 17 people coming and we didn’t see that many beds as advertised but within minutes they had a couple roll away beds and sheets and pillows for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the house. They had everything you can think of in the kitchen. They were great to work with.

3 families came together for a 3 night stay. Place worked great for us. Large open kitchen plenty of utensils and dishes for everyone. Place was very clean with comfy beds.

Beach and Redwoods

This is a lovely property overlooking the ocean. In the listing it said game room, but there were only games provided. None the less, this was an absolutely great place with a beautiful view. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This was the perfect place — lovely view, comfortable, spacious, especially as we had several rainy days that we mostly spent at home. We were quite happy we got the nicest place possible
