Scottsdale Retreat - 2 Bed 2 Bath Condo With Resort-style Amenities!

Make yourself at home in this lovely 2-bedroom, 2 full baths, second story, Scottsdale Arizona retreat. This condo features 2 king size bedroom suites, perfect for a small family or 2 couples.

Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen, washer and dryer, fitness room, sauna, steam room, BBQ Grill, and WiFi during your stay. Our Full baths are equipped with bathtub, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as makeup washcloths. You will have everything you need for a comfortable visit. For guest safety, a security camera is located at the main front entrance.

The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, Ninja blender, toaster and plenty of dishes and storage containers. We have also provided coffee and tea along with some creamers and sweeteners for you to enjoy your mornings at the condo before hitting the hiking trails, golf courses or shopping!

This condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, several coffee shops including Starbucks, Spas and Salons, pharmacies such as Walgreen's, Frozen yogurt, E-bike rentals and so much more.

We are within a 10 minute drive of West World, Kierland Commons, Gateway Trail Head, Horizon Park, and TPC Scottsdale and several other amazing Golf courses and all the shopping you can handle.

For guest safety, a security camera is located at the front entrance

Todd and Wendy's property was very clean and well appointed. Their communication is excellent. The decor was modern and comfortable.The complex is quiet. It is in a location that has plenty of good restaurants and activities nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!

Todd and Wendy are great hosts!!Condo was a perfect location for our vacation so close to everything was able to walk to restaurants and grocery stores.The place was so homie and welcoming, the bed was so comfortable along with a great couch for our nightsIt was well stocked with all we needed for our vacation.The only thing I would suggest is a mat for the bathtubs but other than that it was a great place to stay would highly recommend

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was as listed. It was clean, very well stocked, great location to the pool & amenities. It was also in a good location for walking, biking, pickleball and parks. Plus close for groceries, restaurants and other popular spots in Scottsdale. Todd & Wendy were excellent hosts. Great communication during the booking process & during out stay. Check-in was a breeze. We would definitely return.

The host was very easy to work with. Complex was having water problems and he was very flexible with us. The pool area was very nice. There is some road noise. The little cupboard patio was very nice to have.

This condo exceeded all expectations! Everything listed is exactly what it is, excellent on all levels. The kitchen had all supplies needed and the beds were so comfortable. The complex is very quiet with nice walking areas. Also very close to groceries (Safeway), a Walgreens, and Starbucks. We found a great walking trail in a nearby park, walked every day. Even with 105 degree temps it wasn’t bad, the pool was fabulous. We met many people and would definitely love to return here! Our hosts, Todd and Wendy, were super helpful on checking in and answered all questions promptly! I give this property a 10!

Trip to Scottsdale

Very clean and quiet 2 bedroom unit on second floor. Had a spacious feel with high ceilings. Part of a community of condos that are well maintained. Met a few neighbors at the pool area and in the outdoor walking areas that were friendly and spoke well about living there. Felt like a safe neighborhood. Has a designated parking spot with a roof plus plenty of other available parking spots.

Great stay, convenient location

My husband and I were familiar with the location of the condo and how accessible it was to everything we needed. The second floor condo was well furnished, clean and had a nice patio with chairs and a small table. We used the pool several times. There are two outdoor gas grills by the pool. One didn't work and the other needed a good cleaning so we didn't use it. Beds were comfy, We were supplied with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The washer and dryer were in great condition and there was detergent to use. Air conditioner is a bit loud when trying to watch TV, otherwise a great stay. Covered parking was much appreciated. Quiet condo complex. Supermarket just a block away along with several restaurants. Would stay here again for sure.

Excellent experience.The many pictures of the condo in the listing are accurate. What isn't apparent from the pictures is how relaxing the property is, both inside and out.Location in Scottsdale, with easy driving distance to the 101, was ideal and made getting around very convenient. Having stayed many places in Scottsdale, this is our preferred locale.The interior design style is beautiful and consistent. The choices for colors, textures on fixtures and finishes, and even cotton textiles all enhanced comfort and relaxation.It is clear the owners care about their guests. Linens and towels looked high quality and brand-new. Their cleaning team is top-notch; everything was spotless. The appliances were better than other rental properties, they were clean, worked well, and especially the clothes washer/ drier combo had nice options similar to what you'd want at home. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and we found the coffee and tea staples offered to be a higher-end, welcoming touch.The condo occurs within a larger complex of course, and several nights we enjoyed walking through the area in peace and quiet. The grounds are well-maintained, inviting, and although we didn't use it - the pool area looked great for either a swim or simple relaxing. The owners Todd and Wendy were very helpful, and perfect communicators. Friendly, welcoming, providing concise and necessary information in a timely, convenient fashion. They clearly care about their guests.

Very clean and comfortable condo! Much appreciated having so many stocked items. One of the very pleasant surprises was the shower faucet - a comfortable temperature can be set, and when the water control is turned off the pre-set temp stays the same! Just turn the water flow knob and jump in! There are restaurants/coffee shops/stores located within walking distance, and the list of recommended restaurants was greatly appreciated. The VIG was exceptional for outdoor happy hour! And the recommended breakfast restaurant was very good as well. Owner was very responsive to all correspondence.
