Kentucky Farm Stay: Cozy Duplex

Welcome to our charming duplex located on a peaceful family farm in Science Hill, KY. This is a midterm rental with a 30-night minimum, offering a relaxing retreat with cozy accommodations, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Perfect for families, our duplex provides all the comforts of home. Whether you're here for work, relocation, or simply a longer stay, you'll love the tranquil setting and this home away from home. Come unwind, explore, and make memories on our beautiful property!

As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living area. The first bedroom, located to the right, features a king-size bed and sleeps two guests. The second bedroom, just past the first, offers a queen-size bed and also sleeps two guests, with both rooms having their own attached bathrooms. A dining area and fully equipped kitchen complete the interior. Step outside to enjoy your morning coffee on the back patio, where you can listen to the birds chirp. Guests are welcome to park in the two-car garage. The other side of the duplex is rented to a long-term tenant, but both units have separate driveways and private spaces.

Looking to book a stay for a same-day check-in? We may be able to accommodate. Please message us with your trip details, number of guests, and requested dates. We will review the request and see if we can accommodate your stay. Please also let us know your requested arrival time. We do kindly request a minimum of 2 hours to prepare your room. Guests requesting to book on the same day must have good reviews on their profile.

Are your rates negotiable?
Unfortunately, no. You can't put a price on great memories! We extend a 10% discount on all stays 7+ nights or more and a 15% discount on stays 28+ days or more. The discount will automatically be applied at the checkout screen.

I work remotely, is there wifi?
Yes, we provide wifi in all of our listings. We have hosted several remote workers over the years and have not had a report of weak wifi.

Is there anywhere to store luggage before check in or after check out in case I’m not able to check in early or check out late?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept and hold luggage for guests.

Can I bring my pet?
We love our furry friends but we ask for guests to make other arrangements for their pets while visiting our home.

How do I check in?
We have electronic locks at our listings. Guests will be provided with their unique access code on the morning of their arrival.
