vacuum/ sweep, mop, wipe and sanitize surfaces, empty trash bins 🗑 , do laundry etc.
CLEANING FEE may also cover a few common or basic household items / supplies for the first few days of a stay.
NOTE: none reusable supplies are NOT intended to be supplied for your entire stay if you are a guest staying for more than a few days.

Before checkout please take all trash that does NOT fit in the trash bins down to the dumpsters outside or the trash chute in the hallways (if you are in a building). Leaving Excessive trash or trash that is not in our trash bins in the units after checkout may result in additional charge for cleaning.
