The Lookout on Pettingill Pond - waterfront house, 5 min from Sebago Lake!

Make your getaway to Maine one for the books with a stay at our place on Pettingill Pond in Windham.

This charming little 3-story house is bigger than it looks, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a finished walkout basement. There are 2 queen beds, 1 king bed, a set of twin-over-twin bunk beds and 1 extra twin bed, perfect for families and groups of friends alike.

Enjoy waterfront access and beautiful views overlooking the pond from almost anywhere in the house. With amenities like a washer & dryer, full kitchen, WiFi, and two smart TVs, come relax and enjoy our home away from home any time of the year.

The open-concept living area features an eat-in kitchen, comfy sectional sofa and dining area. The house has two full bathrooms including a bathtub. The downstairs game room includes a pool table, board games, an arcade machine and a dart board for extra fun.

During the summer months, we have a dock, a hot tub and two kayaks available for use. Although it isn't an ideal place to swim, we hear there is great fishing in the pond! Dogs are always welcome.

Please note, the house is located on the corner of a very busy road. There is minimal traffic noise inside the house, but it is very noticeable when outside.

The house offers close proximity to shopping, restaurants and amenities in North Windham, only a 5-minute drive away. Tassel Top is a great little beach on Sebago Lake, also only a 5-minute drive from the house. Seacoast Adventure Park is right across the street and provides year-round fun for all ages, with go-karting and mini golf during the summer and snow tubing during the winter. The Deckhouse Tavern is part of the park as well and has great food and drinks. We are 40 minutes from everything Portland has to offer and 40 minutes from skiing at Shawnee Peak.
