We were blown away by the beauty of the Reynolds area, and our unit was great. As walkers, we especially enjoyed the miles of walking trails. We plan to make this our "hurricane evacuation resort"!

Wonderful stay

We were so pleased with our stay at this property. The location over exceeded our expectations and the communication with the property managers was wonderful. They went above and beyond to help decorate the place for my husbands birthday and also helped me coordinate a delivery for my husbands gift. I’m so happy and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you Amy and Kathy!!!!

Solid place for Masters

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great long weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a 4 day weekend for a friends annual lake party at Reynolds Plantation. The location was perfect (right beside the marina) and the townhouse was very roomy and nicely appointed. There are 2 private bedrooms and the unit includes a very nice and spacious loft area with twin beds, a sitting area and private bath. We would definitely stay here again.

very nice. Minor issues: lack of toilet privacy master bedroom. Poor overhead lighting living room for reading etc. excellent contact and support from Kathy property manager. Better documentation/instruction for. TVs would be helpful. Would rent this unit again.

Walked straight into the 70s

Three of us couple stayed at this property for a wedding. We walked in and felt like we walked straight into the 70s. The furniture is outdated, the wallpaper is peeling, the paint needs a refresh- the showers need to be updated. We kept going to spend time at another friends cottage because we didn’t want to be in ours longer than we had to. The owners should spend some of this money and renovate or refresh the interior. The property manager was sweet and easy to communicate with! The location is amazing also.

Lovely waterfront stay at Lake Oconee

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 4 lovely days at this beautiful home. It was everything we hoped it to be. Close access to the dock allowed us to keep our boat right outside. Beautiful neighborhood and surroundings. Would definitely come back again. Only negative at all, was the lack of coffee filters to fit the coffee maker. Had to run to the store to get them. Housekeeping was running late and stopped by after we had settled in, to refresh the paper products.

Friends Weekend

The home is in a great location with marina and dock access. Unfortunately the home was a little dated and not clean to our standards. The kitchen was bare of necessities and the bathrooms were not stocked with paper products.

On the water

We enjoyed being on the water. The proximity to the docks and marina was nice. The downside was that there were no grills. The kitchen could have larger and more coffee mugs available. The TV is on the small side for the living room. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

False Listing

Do not stay at this property/ management company. They falsely advertise that you have a “plethora of amenities” But unless you are a member of Reynolds plantation you are not allowed to use any of the amenities as a guest. We were not told this before our visit. So all of the restaurants on the property are off-limits to guest who are renting the properties. The whole reason of staying at Reynolds plantation was to be able to use the amenities and eat at the restaurants on the property. We had to leave the property to eat unless we cooked at the home. We contacted the property management company and they offered no reimbursement or substitutions. Extremely frustrated with our visit to say the least. The house was clean and was in a great location. I just wished we were informed before hand!

Carla, I am so glad you thought Boardwalk was "clean and was in a great location". Unfortunately, we have no control of the surrounding businesses, their hours or restrictions especially during the Covid pandemic. We have no control over other businesses or how frequently their restrictions may change which is why we included in our listing "Be sure to check about guest access during Covid, as some venues may be restricted to members or residents." We did provide you with our guest portal which details local events and activities and great restaurants open to the public . Hopefully you found time during your brief stay to enjoy all that the towns of Greensboro and Eatonton have to offer.

Very old, outdated unit

Unit is very outdated, rugs, wallpaper, beds, kitchen, etc. Fridge stopped working during our stay and just when we were ready to leave started getting cool again. Also to note lampshade ripped, very little kitchen pans, pots, utensils, TV's date back to 1997 (slow), fan on porch not working, marina close makes early morning noise, appears unit has had not improvements since late 90's.
