Great Birthday overnighter! Such an easy process to get in and settled. Parking on site was so great to have.It was easy to get around. We walked everywhere.The apt was well appointed. Very lovely, with nice little extras noted.I would highly recommend!

This suite was exactly what I wanted it to be, exactly what was advertised. The full kitchen allowed me to make pumpkin bread for mornings, the dishwasher, and the clothing washer & dryer were all in working order. This building is NOT wheelchair acceptable. There is an elevator but there's 12 stairs to get up to that level.I would definitely stay there again.

The parking lot may be full depending on when you arrive or if you take your car out and return late; however, there is ample street parking.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very nice and as advertised. I would recommend! You'll love the location and the host was really great.

Well organized check in, parking, room keys, passcodes. The suite is just as advertised, comfortable, spacious - even with 3 guests. Access to Stratford downtown and festival quite good, nice walk.

Great loft. Very clean suite,quiet building, great location near the theaters and restaurants.We walked everywhere from the loft.A bonus is the cafe in the basement. The loft looks as pictured. Highly recommend. We will definitely return.

The property was beautiful on the inside. Very well equipped. It was clean. Decor was beautiful and quite neat. My only complaint of my stay is that I did reach out to the contact. I was given by phone and my email and received no response. It turns out that I did not need the rental agent, however, had there actually been a problem. There was no contact for the entire 24 hours that we were there except for a standard email that was sent out upon our arrival and upon our departure. When I did have a problem and reached out to the agent, there was no response.

This is a very nice property as it is close to everything in Stratford. Don’t expect a view though - you will be looking at the parking lot from the suite’s window. The property manager was very quick to respond to an issue with the washing machine, but as it didn’t really matter to us, the machine was not fixed while we were there. Not a big deal. I would recommend this accommodation to others.

Thank you Kathy for your feedback and recommendation. I was happy to assist with the washer, which was working once restarted. While the suite faces the parking area, this helps keep it quiet and private, all while being just steps from downtown Stratford. Kathy you were a fantastic guest and we’d be glad to host you again anytime!

Great suite, fabulous location - easy to walk everywhere even with small kids. We had an issue upon arrival that the oven door wasn’t attached properly and the host was quick to respond and offer solutions. The only thing we felt that was missing was that we couldn’t find a binder or “cheat sheet” with appliance instructions for all the various appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine, A/C system etc) and as they were brands we were not familiar with and weren’t particularly intuitive it was a steep learning curve.
