Welcome to the perfect spot for a couples getaway. You'll have plenty to do at our beautiful retreat, or you can just take some time to relax, enjoy the scenery, and enjoy the comforts in our modern, beautiful, Ozarks home.

Note: Please be advised, there is some construction being done in the neighborhood and the lot next-door with more luxury rentals coming next summer!

Our home has a Queen Bed, dresser, and space to hang your clothes.

PARKING at Eagle Ridge: There is enough parking for 2 cars.

Cricket Creek Marina and swim beach - 2 minutes

Local Restaurants, Supermarket, Coffee Shops, Gas, etc - 15 minutes

Top of the Rock Golf Course and Restaurant - 15 minutes

Thunder Ridge - 15 minutes

Branson Landing - 22 minutes

Silver Dollar City - 35 minutes

Most of the roads to our property are paved. The last 1/4 mile is on gravel, so slow down and take your time as you make your way to our scenic location.

There are NO stairs on the property.

Check-in is a breeze with the 4-digit code we will provide.

Guests will have access to the entire property, including the private hot tub, fire pit, and laundry.

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:

■ HOT TUB - Absolutely NO GLASS or food near the hot tub. NO BUBBLES, NO SALTS OR OILS can be added to the hot tub. You must shower first and wear a swimsuit (not clothes) in the hot tub. The hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week. Just let us know if it needs to be served during your stay.

■ AGE - All guests must be 21+ with the exception of children with their parents.

■ OCCUPANCY - Maximum 2 Persons. If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

■ SECURITY CAMERA - Security cameras on the front porch are in place for your protection. You will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund if you touch or tamper with the cameras. This is for your protection.

■ NO SMOKING - This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin.

■ UNCONTROLLABLE SITUATION - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage if this is a concern.

■ PETS - Pets are NOT allowed. We love pets. However, some of our family members and guests are very allergic to pet dander. Please be considerate and make alternate vacation arrangements for your furry family members. Many pet-friendly cabins in the area would love to host your family.

■ CHECK-IN/OUT - Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-ins or late check-outs.

■ CRITTERS - We have the cabin on a regular pest control schedule to help minimize the possibility of insects and critters. However, this is a lake area and some insects are unavoidable. You can occasionally expect to see critters (bugs, ants, spiders, bats etc.) in or around the cabin. If this is a concern for you, a place further from the water may be a better fit for you. Please help us by keeping the floors swept, sweets in the fridge, and trash cleaned up.

■ CHECK-IN/OUT - We can occasionally offer an early check in/out for an additional fee. This can only be set up 7 day prior to your stay. Please inquire if you are interested. If you stay late, past your check out time, you will be charged $100/hr.

■ COOKING - Absolutely no cleaning fish in the cabin. No cooking sea food in the cabin. There is a propane grill by the hot tub for you.

■ MISC - No drugs. No parties or events. No fireworks on the property. No weapons. Do not throw things other than toilet paper into toilet. No re-arranging furnitures. No glitter, confetti, or candles in the cabin.
