Townview Farmhouse

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Enjoy watching the cattle graze and the farm views while being only minutes from town and in the heart of the Bourbon Trail. Ample space for guests and a dedicated workspace make this the perfect spot for anyone.

I will do my very best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when my schedule allows. There is also plenty of parking available for extra vehicles or if you have a trailer, etc.

The space
This home boasts 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 full size bed. Rooms are spacious enough to add air mattresses too. A dedicated office space with free wi-fi and a smart TV are also available. We provide all linens, laundry supplies and a well stocked kitchen. We want you to feel right at home!

This place was clean, quiet, and the host was great! The cows were out every morning and came to the nearby fences to say hello. We appreciated the snack station and waters. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the locations on a farm. Very quiet.with great sun rises. It was nice to have coffee available our first day and snacks when we arrived. The house was super clean and just what we were looking for. The host was easy to work with and helpful.

Absolutely perfect weekend getaway!

First off this was our first time with Vrbo, communications with the owner was absolutely phenomenal, Lee answered every question or concern with the utmost caring and kindness above and beyond my expectations. The Farmhouse was amazing, beautiful, cozy to the point of my wife and I didn't want to leave and even considered seeking a place out of the city into more of a similar environment. We plan to go back in the future for weekend getaways. Thanks you Lee for making our stay such a wonderful experience.

We loved everything about this sweet and comfortable farm house! Quiet and peaceful and the perfect place to decompress after a busy day! We were in town for our son’s wedding so to have a beautiful place to call home away from home was exactly what we needed! It was close to everything we needed but felt secluded and private! Tasteful and updated furnishings and every need was met! We definitely will stay in this specific home again when visiting! We have a farm so the farm setting was perfect for us! It was a 10 out of 10 for us and we did not want to leave!!! Although we weren’t there for a bourbon tour, it would be perfect for out of towners coming in for that purpose! Lebanon is a few miles away and the food and shopping and beauty of Lebanon is practically at your door step! Would choose this home over a hotel/motel every time!
