✶Timber Cove Hideaway is located at the entrance of Bear Cove Falls located just minutes away from Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and the Parkway.
✶The booking guest must meet the minimum age requirement.
✶ There are 3 steps to enter the cabin
✶ Paved roads to cabin
✶ 50 Amp plug for EV Charger

✶ Front and back porch with rocking chairs
✶ Hot tub located on the back deck
✶ Starter kit including: paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry pods will be provided. You may run out of these items during your stay so you may want to bring extra!
✶ Events such as birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings, etc. are permitted with host approval prior to booking.
✶ Access to shared pool (Managed by a third party so we have no control of the maintenance days, or closing and opening) opens two weeks prior to Memorial Day weekend through two weeks after Labor Day pool hours 10am-10pm
✶1 king bedroom and 1 bathroom, sleeper sofa located in the living room and futon with twin bunk located in the game room

✶ Maximum of 7 guests allowed during the daytime and for overnight stays.
✶ Parking in front of the cabin can accommodate 3 vehicles.
✶ We are unable to provide refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
✶ If you bring more than 7 people without host approval you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
✶ If you bring a pet, you will be charged an extra fee of 500.00 and will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
✶ Late check-out is subjected to a late check-out fee of $150 USD.
If your late checkout exceeds two hours you will be charged for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs.
✶ Be aware of bears! Do not leave trash out or feed them! Keep in mind black bears can open car doors so please do not leave open food/drinks as it attracts them.
