Whether you are on vacation or have a trip, we believe a great place to stay is a half of the experience. We put our best efforts to make our house comfortable, warm and welcoming.
We have a single house in the woods on the private 1 acre yard. Easy access from Badger road and just 5 mins away from the Santa Claus House. We did our best to equip the house with everything you may need for comfort and leisure: cozy blankets, board games, books and a foosball table in the game room.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee $50, or a refundable Safety Deposit hold on your card of $1000, which covers potential damages during your stay. These options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected.

***For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 30-180 nights would be $1000, 30-270 nights would be $1250, and 30-364 nights would be $1500***

For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.
NO PETS! We love pets but we don’t allow pets in our house!
NO SMOKING and VAPING indoors! $500 fine will be incurred if there has been smoking or vaping in house.
“NO SHOES” We kindly ask you to remove your shoes while you live in the house. You can store it in the arctic entry or in the living room to keep it warm.
NO PARTIES No more than the authorized number of guests in the house!
