Grand Timber Lodge is an award-winning 5-Star SKI-IN SKI-OUT resort tucked into a wooded setting located between Peaks Eight and Nine at the world-famous Breckenridge Ski Resort with SKI-IN/SKI-OUT access to four peaks, four pipes, four parks, and an excellent children's SKI SCHOOL. I have one week available to rent in a 2-bedroom unit of approximately 1,200 sq ft.
- Nightly rates at the property are around $700 night. This is a substantial savings for peak ski season.
- Please don't call about any other weeks. This is all I have.
The 2 Bedroom condominiums at Grand Timber Lodge will sleep up to 8 people, with 2 queen-sized beds and 2 top-of-the-line sleeper sofa.
- Full Kitchen oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and full-sized refrigerator
- Washer and Dryer
- 2 ea. Cable TVs and DVD players
- 2 full bathrooms
- Heated garage
- Balcony
- Sleeps 8 in the 2 bedroom unit.
There are two indoor/outdoor pools, two indoor and three large outdoor hot tubs, a bar in the main lodge with a pool table, extra-large TV screen and spacious sitting area, an arcade room, a grand room with a soaring fireplace, overstuffed chairs and bar service. Take time to enjoy the Victorian Day Spa, located on the premises. Its full menu of services includes massage.
Grand Timber Lodge is a family-friendly luxury resort with spacious, luxurious condominiums. It has on-site ski rental and concierge in addition to the most helpful activities coordinators. It is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, health clubs, skiing, sledding, ice skating, and snowmobiling - plenty of activities for everyone. An on-site concierge service is available to help arrange your daily activities during this great ski week. There is also heated underground parking and elevator access to all units.
From the lodge, it is a short walk to quaint Main Street or you can take the free local shuttle service. There is an excellent restaurant on-site as well as dining and shops in historic Victorian downtown Breckenridge.
