•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is
present.
• No parties - if violated, we reserve the right to cancel reservation without refund.
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
