The owners have also provided folding card tables and chairs to create a workspace in the den while cots are not in use. Pack 'N Play available as well as washer/dryer for convenience.

No smoking. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Parking for up to 4 vehicles. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. Please note this property is in a residential area and enforces quite hours in the evenings. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.
