You don’t have to go far to cool off, however, as you can lounge beside the sparkling pool right outside your door. Kick your vacation off with a delightful swim, a relaxing soak in the hot tub, or enjoy a nostalgic moment on the bench swing.

Step inside to find the main living room welcomes you with cozy seating, including two couches and two armchairs, making it an ideal spot to unwind while watching TV. Make sure the kids check out the game room, which includes a pair of queen-over-queen bunkbeds, smart TV, arcade games, foosball table, and a cozy seating area for two, keeping them busy on days spent indoors. If that’s not enough, the lower-level den features a pool table, smart TV, a comfortable couch, and armchairs, giving guests another great space to kick back and unwind.

The fully equipped kitchen ensures you have all the essentials to prepare a home-cooked meal for the crew, plus plenty of seating between an island for three, a kitchen table for four, and a dining table for eight. This home comfortably sleeps 20 guests between 5 private bedrooms and the game room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed, twin-over-twin bunk beds, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

The main-floor game room includes 2 queen-over-queen bunk beds and a smart TV.

This home also includes a half bathroom as well as two additional full bathrooms; one with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower, another with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 35 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.
• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Please note that this home's fireplace is not available for guest use.
• Firewood for the firepit is not provided.
• A Pool / Hot Tub Fee Fee of $169 will be applied to all reservations.
• The outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day, while the hot tub is available year-round.
• There is no dock access.
• This home is a main-level walk-in with both a ramp and stairs available for access. If using the stairs, 8 steps are required.

You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.

This enviable location also puts you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
