Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious 6th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access! A Queen in the 2nd bedroom and two full sized beds in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 10. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking tools needed to prepare for the whole family. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Great location but disappointing prep

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit’s cleanliness left something to be desired. There was a used bandaid on the floor and a dead roach in the kitchen upon arrival. Additionally, the provided dishsoap for the kitchen sink was used and only had about 1/3 of the small bottle of soap in it. Additionally, the bedspread on the primary king bed was simply an insert from a duvet cover that did not even cover the entire mattress. While we were pleased with the location and the staff in the lobby was super friendly, the prep for our unit left something to be desired. Also, calling this a “new rental” in the description is a bit misleading.

The listing pictures make this property look much better than it actually is. The cleanliness was terrible and it’s very rundown. We tried contacting the property manager upon arrival, with no answer and no return phone call. In addition to the poor conditions and lack of cleanliness, the internet didn’t work, and there were 4 remotes to the TV with zero instructions. See attached pictures from our stay. Beware of renting this property.

Stay was nice. Was a bit disappointed with the condition of the unit. Defiantly needs so fresh ing up. Paint chipping and unit looking worn. Cleanliness was not great. Food under couch and behind furniture hair balls in bathroom. Several outlets didn't work and the few that did were so loose items fell out plug. Several light bulbs were out and several lamps did not work. The location of the complex was great however the unit was a very far walk from parking garage and elevators. Check in was easy and having the keypad on the door was nice. Only tvs that worked was den and master bedroom. Had nice front balcony overlooking the bay but no chairs to sit on that balcony. Trip was good but we were a bit disappointed at the value and cleanness of the unit for the price paid. We will stay at this property again but i doubt we will stay in this unit

It was great to be steps away from the beach and for the property to have an indoor pool for the chilly days. This specific condo is at the very end of the walkway so the farthest away from the parking garage. Only half of the power outlets worked, some of the curtains were falling down, and there were lots of places where the walls needed to be touched up. Not all of the light bulbs in the ceiling fans worked and the big lamp in the living room was somewhat broken when we got there (the light bulb socket was falling out). The skillets need to be replaced, a lot of the Teflon was coming up....We also bought batteries because some of the TV remotes wouldn't work. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The Phoenix X is a great location and very budget-friendly.
