Welcome to our newly built, contemporary Colorado Springs home! This thoughtfully curated space is perfect for professionals, traveling nurses, and families looking to settle in for an extended stay. The space
Our contemporary, pristine, and fully furnished home is professionally cleaned and maintained. The main level of the home has a fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to prepare meals. The dining area and living room provide ample space for socializing, enjoying meals together, and playing your pick of board games and cards. The office is set up with two workstations equipped with monitors and incredibly fast wi-fi for remote work. Enjoy the covered porch and propane grill after a day of adventuring or working!

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a laundry room. All the rooms feature a smart TV (must use your own login), new memory foam mattresses, closets with shelving and hangers, and luxury bedding. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. In addition, the master bedroom has a private balcony with hammock swings!

The basement is where the fun happens! The large living space has comfortable seating and a 65" smart TV to stream your favorite TV shows and movies. Bring out your competitive side and challenge everyone to the basketball arcade game and magnetic dart board. The fourth bedroom and full bathroom is also located in the basement.

Guest access
The entire house is yours and check-in is easy with key-less entry for every reservation. You will have full access to the large two-car garage and additional parking spaces nearby. *Please note street parking is not permitted in the neighborhood.
