Also close to I-25 for easy access to the rest of what Colorado Springs has to offer. This home is spacious with a main level and basement level living. 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a large fenced in yard. Full kitchen, grill, and washer/dryer. This home also has free Wi-Fi and Central AC.

Great property with a great central location to most of the attractions. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. The house was perfect for our two week family vacation. We will be watching for this house for our next stay.

My brother and I loved this house, in EVERY way. We are both in our 60's. However, my 82 yo mother and 72 yo cousin both felt that the stairs to the basement needed to be covered by a baby gate. I did not see a problem, but if you have oder people or toddlers, be aware that the stairs can make them nervous. Clean, and just as advertised as far as rooms, beds, kitchen. Nice place.

It was absolutely perfect for our family. The location is great and the neighborhood felt very safe. Communication with the host was exceptional and I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay for a weekend w cadets at USAFA

The location was very convenient and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Lots of comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. It’s a bit older neighborhood - but everyone seemed nice. Plenty of linen and a really cool charger in the living room that let you charge like 8 devices at once! Thank you!

Great location. Quiet neighborhood.

We were in town for a camp at the OTC. The house was perfect for us. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to and close to anything you need. The house made very efficient use of space. We will book again.

Colorado Springs Vrbo

The Colorado Springs Vrbo was well laid out for our families needs. We had a family of 4, who stayed upstairs, and Grandma and Grandpa stayed downstairs. The house was nicely decorated, and had all the household items we needed. We would stay there again.

Garden of the Gods getaway

This is an excellent location to anywhere in Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. House was excellent for us and we really enjoyed it very much. Only thing we missed was kitchen dish towels so we've left a couple for the next guests. Would be helpful to have bath mats and a safety bar in the tub downstairs. Decorating and furnishings are awesome

AFA Parents' Weekend

Great location for my family of four. 20mins from the Academy. Plenty of rooms, which were all nice. Great kitchen and family spaces. Good communication with the owner. Would stay again.

Great get away

Located with easy access to the interstate. Clean and cozy! Was able to get to all the key sites (Air Force academy, garden of the Gods, old Colorado city) with ease. Beds were so comfortable! House had everything we needed! Would definitely use again!!

Friend get away

This property was perfect for five forever friends. We came from three different states to meet for five days. The house was in a great central location for the places we wanted to visit while in Colorado Springs. We would all go there again.

Colorado Springs Air Force Academy Graduation

Rented the house in Co Springs to attend our sons graduation at the Air Force Academy. The house suited our needs quite nicely and the neighborhood was close to shopping, restaurants and easy driving distance to the academy.

Comfortable and convenient

The property was will kept, clean and everything was in good working order.The only suggestions I would make are1. A swinging baby gate at the top of the stairs, with 4 people sleeping downstairs, navigating the provided baby gate was difficult.2. Outside lights for the back yard. There is a switch and bulbs for the back yard but they did not work3. Steps up to the back yard seating area. Overall, it is a great property and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home!!!

The house was clean, well-equipped, and attractive. Cute sitting area outside with a hammock. Plenty of room for my family of 8! It was located conveniently to local tourist spots, 15-20 minutes for most. Also near restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Owners were east to reach and responsive to messages. Would definitely go back there!!!

Great place in Colorado Springs

We enjoyed our time in the condo. Plenty of room for our group. Pictures perfectly describe the property. Convenient location close to most attractions in Colorado Springs. One negative to point out, the bathroom on the lower floor opens to the hall and to one of the bedrooms. The problem is that the bedroom door is only a louvered door which limits privacy in that bathroom. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Family Christmas Vacation

The location of the home was ideal. Everything we had planned to do for the week was within 20 minutes. It’s right off the interstate but no interstate noise. In a quiet and seemingly safe feeling neighborhood. The home accommodated our extended family of 5 adults, 1 teen and two littles perfectly with plenty of room I loved how they had a few baby items tucked in the supply closet- with our grandkid’s young ages it was so important to find the safety gate in there to block off the stairs.
