Amplio condominio de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños en el cuarto piso, ubicado directamente en la playa. Disfruta de las hermosas playas de arena blanca de la costa esmeralda. Relájese en su amplio balcón privado de 30 pies con espectaculares vistas a la playa. Remodelación completa de la cocina finalizada en febrero de 2015: nuevos gabinetes con acabado en cerezo, electrodomésticos nuevos, nueva encimera de granito con asientos, mesa / sillas de comedor nuevas, iluminación nueva, así como muchos utensilios nuevos, cristalería, etc.

Amplia remodelación finalizada en enero de 2014: remodelación de los baños, alfombra nueva en las habitaciones, condominio completo recién pintado, muebles nuevos para el dormitorio principal, nuevos televisores y ventiladores de techo.

WiFi gratis. Dormitorio principal (muebles nuevos de enero de 2014) cama king size; TV por cable de 42 pulgadas; nuevo ventilador de techo; cortinas oscuras; baño principal adjunto recién remodelado ducha de paso de enero / tocador doble
El segundo dormitorio cuenta con 2 camas queen size; nuevo cable TV / DVD; nuevo ventilador de techo. Segundo baño recientemente remodelado. Combinación de bañera / ducha de enero de 2014 con puertas de ducha de vidrio, tocador individual, tiene acceso a la puerta del segundo dormitorio creando la segunda suite.
La sala de estar tiene un nuevo HDTV de 60 pulgadas con DVD; nuevo ventilador de techo; sofá cama tamaño queen; cortinas oscuras. Cocina totalmente equipada (que incluye electrodomésticos pequeños, cafetera Keurig K-cup, cafetera 12 tazas, tostadora, licuadora, abrelatas eléctrico, etc.) Lavadora / secadora estándar en el condominio. Ropa de cama / toallas amuebladas.

Great location directly on the beach with amazing views of the water. Condo was clean and everything was provided, from the Keurig to the seafood boil equipment and utensils. Beach chair service was also included. Close to shopping and dining. This is a very well maintained condo. Will stay again!

Absolutely gorgeous unit with an ocean view from the main living space and master bedroom. Suitcase trollies in abundance. Huge gated parking lot with adequate night-time lighting. Close to great restaurants and family activities. Fully loaded kitchen with every conceivable utensil. Washer and dryer. It felt like home away from home. Hubby is very hard to please, but he extolled this property.

This is a great unit. We have traveled to the area for 20years & this is the best equipped kitchen. Well maintained and very spacious! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place and easy access to the beach. We chose a cooler week unfortunately so we couldn’t get enjoy sitting on the beach the entire time but when we could, having the two chairs reserved for us was the best.

PRISTINE!

Such a beautiful, well appointed condo. All of the little touches of home were greatly appreciated. From the FULLY stocked kitchen to the beautiful library, games, dvd's.......nothing has been missed. The only suggestion that I would make is to make the balcony a little more comfortable furniture wise, but in all of my years renting condos on the beach, this one takes the cake! We will definitely be booking our next stay at ASAP!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time to stay in 405. Other than the carpet showed wear the overall condo wea great. Was surprised that there was no detergent to start the towels on our departure. Maybe that is normal but in all of our other stays at the Breakers there has been at least a small box ofdetergent to start a load of towels as requested.We felt bad for the owners though because the elevators were still a problem and I understand that they had to spend some of their investment to update them. Hopefully that situation will be resolved soon.

Great complex in Destin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay at Breakers East, this time for a month. The location is fantastic and can't be beat. The gulf views are incredible! The condo was well stocked with everything you need to cook and several beach towels were supplied as well. The only negatives are the family room furniture, which is very worn, and the carpet in the primary bedroom is buckling. The 2 patio door screens are nearly impossible to open as well. We will be back for another month next year but in a different unit.

Other than dirty baseboards. Couldn’t ask for a better view. We had a wonderful time and we will be back if they will replace the elevators.
