Recién remodelado de cocina / baños primavera 2018!

¡Disfruta un pedazo de paraíso! La Unidad # 101 es un departamento muy espacioso de dos recamaras / dos baños ubicado en el primer piso de los rompientes al este en la playa. Espacio de estacionamiento cubierto y reservado en el nivel del suelo directamente debajo del condominio para su conveniencia. Amplio balcón de 30 pies con acceso desde el dormitorio principal y la sala de estar. Este condominio cuenta con ventanas adicionales en la cocina, el comedor, que viven en un ambiente muy luminoso / alegre.

(1 de marzo - 31 de octubre): todos los alquileres nocturnos y semanales incluyen configuración de playa (2 sillas / 1 sombrilla) - $ 30. 00 Valor diario.

Breakers East está ubicado en el corazón de Destin, al otro lado de la calle del gran parque acuático de Kahuna. Only real drawback is turning in and out of complex to 98,a little tricky when heavy traffic. The view of the ocean when you walk in is breath taking. Highly recommend. We will be back for sure.

Wonderful stay!!!

Me and two of my friends stayed here in march and it was a beautiful place. Everything in this condo was of good quality. It was very clean- I was impressed. Loved the smaller complex- not crowded and loved the covered assigned parking. Will definitely book this condo again for future trips to Destin!

This room comes with private parking. The stairs are right outside your door and they lead straight to your car. Also the customer service is great too. I almost forgot the beach is private and the pool is very nice. All restaurants are close and so is outlet malls. I know it’s on the first floor but you can see the beach great

Nice condo

This condo accommodated our family of 4 comfortably. We traveled with a large party and had multiple condos rented. Compared to other condos at the Breakers complex that we saw during our stay, this condo is updated, much cleaner, and better cared for overall.The parking spot was such a perk, and we enjoyed the beach chair service. I would recommend this condo to others.

Only complaint is when the sink plumbing filled up with poop, but maintenance came up and fixed it quickly. Just wasn’t expecting that! Otherwise a wonderful visit

A perfect vacation

Condo was decorated beautifully and shown much like the photos. Kitchen/Bathrooms were plenty stocked with towels/soap. Very clean. The spacious balcony was nice for the kids to also stretch out on. Location was great- close to all necessary places. Loved that the stay included an umbrella and chairs. The beach was perfection during our stay. Clear waters and couldn’t have asked for better weather. We highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful property. Beautiful view. Easy access. I would stay here again period. Family of 5 with kids very nice to have access to the pool and beach. I wouldn’t change a thing. Except there isn’t a toaster.. that’s it. Absolutely stay here if you are going to Destin.

Spring Break 2023

Pluses: Pictures and condo description are very accurate! The location and condo were great!! We loved the fact that it was completely gated from the parking lot to the beach. The patio/balcony was huge and seating outdoors was perfect. The decor was beautiful. All maintenance staff on-premises were very friendly. The parking under the condo was awesome!! Minuses: The living room couch cushion and all beds (mattresses) were uncomfortable, but the chairs were very comfortable. There were towels in the dryer when we arrived that had to be folded and put away before we could do our laundry and there was no laundry detergent provided, so we used our own to do the required washing of towels upon departure. There is also no in-person office staff on-site. We would absolutely recommend this condo and would return, but hope that mattresses and couch seat cushion can be replaced. The layout/generous room sizes, location, decor, balcony, and overall convenience were second to none. Loved it!!

Destin and Breakers East are now our favorite spots for our Florida trips. Our condo was perfect for us. We spent more time on the balcony than on the beach. We have only superlatives for the condo and the property. We are anxious to see if our schedules will allow us to be back next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: #101 is one of the best rental properties we have ever stayed in. This was our first time to stay in Destin and the location was perfect. Breakers East is set back far enough from the main road so you don’t hear any traffic noise. And is there anything better than sitting on the lanai facing the Gulf and hearing the sounds of the waves. The unit was very comfortable. Beds were great. And the kitchen is the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental unit. Would love to return next January but unfortunately it is already rented. So, we have rented another unit in Breakers East and hope that it is as nice as this one!
