Second time staying and we love this house. It has everything you need. Clean, great beds, lots of amenities (plus a working elevator and golf cart). Highly recommend.

We stayed on Labor Day weekend and the water and weather were great. The house was incredible! My mother who was in her 80"s found the elevator to be such a great thing to have. I cant say enough how great the house was.

Perfect Memorial Day weekend

This property is amazing. Highly recommend for your Galveston visit. We definitely plan on coming back for another visit. This house had everything we needed and more. Owner was super responsive with every question we had. The golf cart was a great bonus.

Wonderful property. Excellent location. Great communication with host. Lance was the best host!

Lance was a great host. He made everything so easy, checking in was the easiest ever. The green goddess was fabulous, providing us with everything we needed for excellent meals, relaxation and enjoyment definitely all the amenities it offer, help us enjoyed our family vacation and leaving us with a feeling of coming back soon!The proximity to the beach made it so much fun if you wanted to walk or drive the golf cart, definitely a plus. the ocean view was very nice and relaxing. It is the perfect location for a vacation by the beach, but also few minutes drive to grocery stores, tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Mother day weekend in Galveston Beach

Wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for my stay at your property. Everything was just as described, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The check-in process was smooth, and the property was well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable experience.The communication with the property manager was good—prompt and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the location and neighborhood were fantastic, making our visit even more enjoyable.Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay. I would certainly recommend it to others.

Beachside village family vacation

Our family vacation at beachside village was wonderful. The location is great and this beach property checked all the boxes for a perfect beach vacation. The house is exactly as described, the home is immaculate, well appointed and maintained. The rooms are spacious and the home decor is tasteful. The kitchen is well stocked and there was no need to “ run” to the store to get a staple or other necessity. The hot tub was a welcome gathering spot after a fun day . The kids loved the golf cart and the many beach toys and beach equipment. We have rented many beach houses in TX and other places, and this is definitely one of our favorites. We will definitely look to rent this house again .

The host, property, and amenities were exceptional—truly impressive in every regard.However, the daytime security personnel exhibited excessive and unreasonable behavior, lacking basic judgment in several instances:1. Upon arrival, motorcycles were being unloaded from trailers. Despite ample space for passing vehicles and the brief duration of the activity (approximately 15 minutes), the guard insisted that everything be immediately removed from the street.2. An elderly guest was approaching their vehicle, which was temporarily parked on the street to facilitate their entry. The guard unnecessarily escalated the situation, creating a scene without cause.3. A small group of visitors (five motorcycles) stopped by to use the restroom facilities and depart together. Again, this lasted no more than 15 minutes. The guard returned and appeared to single out this property, despite other vehicles being parked on the street for extended periods without interference.In each case, the guard recorded the interactions on his phone in a manner that resembled sensational reporting rather than respectful enforcement of community guidelines. I repeatedly clarified that we understood the street parking rules and requested reasonable time for loading and unloading. His conduct was unprofessional and demonstrated a lack of situational awareness.Please note, the guard on a separate shift had common sense to see anything being done and moved accordingly. Without unnecessary interference
