I enjoy the beach nearby, the Cove, the Seals, the Surfers, watching weddings at the beach during the summer, the Comedy Store one block away, playing my guitar in the living room, working out nearby at LifeTime Fitness LuxuryHealth Club, dining out at Eddy V's (with live music), Manhattan's (with live music), Duke's Hawaiian themed restaurant, George's at the Cove, and so many other fine restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. I love hosting my beautiful luxury townhouse and appreciate all the nice things guests have to say afterward.
