This 5th Floor apartment has stunning views of the Marina from its balconies - tastefully furnished, 2 bedded with the master bedroom en suite and added luxury of no one queuing for the bathroom with a choice of two to choose from.

FREE unlimited wifi in the apartment for guests to use during their stay.

Air conditioning units: Extended and fitted throughout the apartment - including, Bedrooms, Lounge and Dining room. They can provide warm or cool air.

Its a 'Sun Worshippers' dream come true - Take advantage of the miles of sandy beaches which are literally on the doorstep. For the Golfer's who within 35 minutes of the apartment could be playing the fabulous La Manga Club or several newly opened courses, including Roda. Chose to dine al fresco, on the terrace overlooking the Tomas Mastreo Marina. Or wander down to the marina and its cosmopolitan choice of restaurants & bars.

Large comfortable lounge with TV, Stereo, WIFI, Air Conditioning for the summer months & Warm air in the Winter plus underfloor heating. Separate fully fitted kitchen, with utility room, featuring a washing machine.. The TV is a smart TV which does not connect to terrestrial TV but allows you to log into your own viewing apps.

For the winter months:: Under floor heating is available and individually controlled for every room in the apartment including the entrance lobby.

La casa era tal cual vimos en el anuncio. Todo correcto, muy limpio y apartamento muy luminoso. El trato con los dueños fenomenal, nos informaron de todo. La única pega es el horario de salida, sigo sin entender porqué en un hotel el check out es a las 12 y en una vivienda ( donde llevas más trastos, comida del frigorífico, etc) es a las 10:00 am

TODO PERFECTO

Apartamento nuevo, amplio, bonito, limpio, completamente equipado y tranquilo. Estupenda ubicación y excelentes vistas desde todas las habitaciones y desde la terraza. Muebles y cocina muy cuidados. Se puede ir a la playa, al supermercado, a bares y restaurantes, sin coger el coche. Aparcamiento en la puerta. Piscina cuidada y pista de paddle. El trato con el propietario ha sido muy cordial, inmejorable, gracias.

Great vacation!

Traveled as two couples and one baby. Space was enough to all of us, and having two bath rooms was very helpful. Everything was properly clean and according to the description, except for the drying machine that was missing. Excellent views and great location, with 2 beaches (Mediterranean Sea and Mar Menor) just 5 minutes walk away. Construction density is lower near this apartment, so there is plenty of room on the nearby beaches. For the nearest supermarket you just have to walk 2 minutes, but keep in mind that it is closed Sunday afternoon. The restaurants near the apartment are not great, but there are plenty of them on the Marina. Nevertheless you will have to walk for about 20 minutes, or take the car (free parking available). The owner is very helpful and provided all the requested information. Great vacation!

Fantastic

We had a lovely stay at this apartment, the apartment itself was very clean & tidy & a good size, there was four us plus a child staying. I don't think the pictures do it justice. The location was perfect also with a stunning view over the marina. You can take the bus along two stops to marina or a 15min walk. Normally cause of heat we used the bus during the day, it's €1 each. The pool area was perfect, especially the child's pool as was a great size for our daughter to potter about in & play away. The supermarket is 2 mins away from the apartment. I would highly recommend the La Manga beach club if you would like a chill out day, it's €10 each & you get use of loungers by a gorgeous pool area or on the beach, we ate there too & food was lovely. Only one thing pool is pretty cold but when it's so warm it can be nice. We are not one for visiting the place twice but we loved La Manga, lots to do & perfect to children. Both beaches were perfect. I would highly recommend this apartment :)

La Manga-a gorgeous destination for both couples and families. We were greeted by a view from our balcony that can only be described as one of the best sunsets we have ever seen. The apartment is modern, spotless and very spacious. There are three balconies, each with a beautiful view-the Marina view on the main balcony being the highlight. The beds were super comfortable, which is always a relief for me when I go away. The kitchen is spacious, with everything you need utensil-wise provided. The pool is pretty big and the area around it is kept immaculate. Having the supermarket a minutes walk away was handy, as was Casa Paco-the restaurant with the best paella I've ever eaten and for just 12 Euros for two people! Plenty of decent bars and restaurants, all reasonably priced, some super cheap. The views from the marina restaurants are amazing and as mentioned before, it's worth travelling here for the sunsets alone. I will be travelling to this apartment at the same time next year and would highly recommend it to anyone wishing for a peaceful, chilled holiday. Thanks for our stay. We'll be back!

Myself and my 2 girlies had the most relaxing break. The perfect location for an unwind in the sun with a good book. We spent our days on the beach when it wasnt too blowy or by the lovely pool. A couple of bars/restaurants close by for tasty great value for money food run by friendly Spanish staff. One night we stopped on the balcony with cheap booze and local produce from the supermarket - perfect! A well equipped, clean apartment. We were spoilt with two bathrooms - very handy for three girls sharing. Everything was just right! If we were to really split hairs we could have done with a bin in the kitchen and possibly the bedrooms/bathroom. Also, hooks in the bathroom and bedrooms would be very handy for taller girlies like myself who are partial to the odd maxi dress as well as for hanging towels, jackets, etc. We had a fabulous break, wishing we could have had stayed longer. I would also like to add that the owners were very helpful and accomodating. Thank you Mrs G for everything!

We were very impressed with the apartment and facilities. The view over the marina was fantastic. Great bars/restaurants on the Marina at night. Very close to both Lake and sea beach, great selection of places to swim/sunbathe. Many thanks to the owners for their help with organising everything.

My friends and I had a brilliant holiday when we visited La Manga and stayed in this particular appartment. When we arrived we couldn't believe how lovely it was, clean,tidy etc. and the view, well to get up and look out of the window and see that every morning was just wonderful. There was so much to do, water sports - power boats, pedalos, canoes etc, my personal favourite the giant inflatable mountain, hysterical to climb and leap from!!! But for the less adventurous of us were happy chilling on the beach. Loads of choice for restaurants within walking distance, shops and supermarkets close so very easy for food and anything else you might require. The air conditioning was excellent, just what you need on those hot summer nights. Access and parking also excellent when we hired a car. We are definately going back. Thankyou for a brilliant place to stay.

Thoroughly recommend

i have no problem in recommending this apartment as each time i have stayed here my holiday has been excellent. We have always found the apartment to be fitted out to a very high standard with lots of nice little touches such as DVDs to watch or CD,s to listen to. We just love the main balcony as it would be the focal point in the evenings as we ate and drank while watching the boats return to the harbour. During the day we made good use of the 2 pools which receive plenty of sunshine as well as having shaded areas to cool down. One of the main reasons for coming here was its situation, being close enough to walk or catch a quick bus to lots of bars and restaurants which are clustered around a beautiful port area. This is a lovely area to spend the evening as it caters for all tastes. If you have the time then its worth a visit to nearby Cartagena, such a beautiful old town. The apartment and area most definitely are suitable for all persons either families or couples, young or old, its a great place to stay.

Superb family hoilday

I have been to this apartment with my daughter and grandaughter. We had a fantastic time. The apartment had everything we required and more! It was good value for the money we paid. The owners and their local agent were incredibly helpful and ensured everything ran smoothly for us. I thoroughly enjoyed my evening stroll round to the marina where there are many bars and restaurants. My grandaughter loved the swimming pools and playing tennis on the court at the apartment. My daughter treated herself to a spa at the 5 star hotel that is next to the apartment and we all enjoyed the evening entertainment there one evening. I would recommend this holiday to anyone, young or old, who is after a nice relaxing chilled out holiday in the sun!

Fantastic family hoilday

We visited this property in July 2009. We had a fantastic time. The owners were very helpful and had given us a telephone number of their local agent in case we needed anything. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. Spent most time lounging in pool and at beach which is so unbelievably close by! Lots of lovely restaurants to choose from. A fantastic family holiday. The kids loved the local funfair every night and we loved the bars! We will be booking again for summer 2010.
