Upon receiving your call about the cleanliness issues, we understood that you had already taken steps to clean, and in an effort to avoid further disrupting your stay, we did not send a cleaning crew. This was an oversight on our part, as our priority should have been to offer you the comfort and cleanliness you expected and deserved. Regarding the propane for the gas grill, we are glad that we could swiftly address that for your use, as we wanted to ensure that no further inconveniences occurred during your stay. The reimbursement offered was meant as a gesture of goodwill to acknowledge the discomfort and time spent addressing these issues upon your arrival. We understand that these actions do not make up for the initial state of the cottage.
