Enter a foyer which opens to the sun-filled living room with brand new sofa and chairs, ceiling fan and decorative fireplace (not for use)--a great spot for wine and conversation. Just off the living room is a cozy media room with comfortable seating and flat screen smart TV with cable and WiFi. The living room with vaulted ceiling and several large windows is open to the loft above giving the space an airy feel. A slider leads to the large main deck that runs the length of the house.

The living room is open to the dining area and kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances and Corian counter tops. The kitchen looks out over the dining area and deck beyond. The dining area has a large table with chairs and a slider to the main deck. There is also a half bath on the first floor, just off the foyer.

Stairs from the foyer lead to the second floor loft. The spacious loft has a queen sleep sofa for additional sleeping space. The loft is open and bright and looks out over the living room. The roomy primary bedroom has a king bed, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, flat screen smart TV with cable and balcony with beautiful distant views of Provincetown and the bay. The primary bedroom has built-in drawers, two closets and an ensuite bathroom with separate shower and tub.

Stairs from the living room lead to the lower level with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV with cable*. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower on this level with access from the hall and the bedroom with the queen. There is a laundry area with washer and dryer. A slider from the hall leads to the lovely backyard.

AIR CONDITIONING: Four ductless split-unit air conditioners (one above the window in the loft and one in each bedroom).

This property has wonderful outdoor spaces including a fenced-in area below the deck and mature plantings, the master bedroom balcony with distant water views, and the large first floor main deck with gas and charcoal grills, outdoor furniture and unenclosed outdoor shower. **** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
