Casa Linda ofrece a sus huéspedes una espaciosa casa de playa de dos dormitorios con un gran baño individual. Está en el centro de Las Peñitas, cerca de muchos restaurantes, bares, cabañas de surf y un pueblo de pescadores. Cuenta con una hermosa piscina enterrada con una sala de estar al aire libre justo al lado de la playa donde puedes ver las puestas de sol más hermosas del Océano Pacífico. Las olas son perfectas para surfear, hacer boogie board y simplemente sumergirse en las olas. Estamos a minutos de la reserva natural más hermosa del país, La Isla Juan Venado. Moverse es fácil, Casa Linda se encuentra justo en frente de la parada de autobús que te lleva directamente a la ciudad colonial de León. ¡Allí puede visitar la Catedral más antigua de América Central o subir al volcán en el volcán activo Cerro Negro! ¡Descubrirás muchos otros lugares y actividades para informarnos y podemos ayudarte!

The house is a dream come true if you are looking to have the feet on the beach mornings at sunrise and at sunset to see the most beautiful ones. Perfect place to relax and learn how to surf. Host was super responsive. The small swimming pool was great to refresh yourselves during the hotest part of the day !

As advertised

The place was well equipped with everything u need! Lots of towels and kitchen was great! Everything was in working order and a small grocery across tbe street had basically all that stuff we needed. Lots of restaurants close by if u don’t want to cook. Beach is quiet and nice. .

Lovely beach front property.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Linda. The beach house is right on the Pacific Ocean in the small fishing village of Las Penitas. Access to the bus, small stores, fresh fish and restaurants. This is Nicaragua so it all is a little rough. Spanish is a must as very few people speak English. The beach house was very nice with the small pool and outdoor shower wonderful additions. It was very warm and there is no AC. This is a surfer beach so very strong waves for swimming. There is a nearby nature reserve where you are able to release sea turtles to the ocean during nesting season.

Amazing beach front property

If you don't love your stay here you are too picky. Beto was here with the keys at the right time. No wifi but Beto and Ricardo helped setting up my daughters phone. I didn't use wifi. It was a good break. The restaurant next to us had great food and strong wifi. Ricardo has been a wonderful find. He speaks English very well. He's adventurous and has/ is helping us out a lot. Wake up to the view of the Pacific Ocean. House is large and very functional kitchen. Beto and Ricardo helped organize a walk up the two volcanoes and the not so scary boarding down. A full day. From 5am-3pm. Amazing view's and great exercise. My daughter had a surfing lesson which she loved just down the beach.

Best vacation ever !!

Honestly I don’t know where to begin,...this house owner ( Linda ) was so helpful through email from the time I booked this house until the time we got home. She was so thorough with giving all information we needed. There were 3 of us for a girls trip,..we stayed almost a week and loved every minute. The pictures do not do the house justice. It is so much nicer and bigger in person ,..and there was everything there we possibly needed!! This is not the type of place you would go if you want to be around tons of other tourists and have daily planned activities ( not resort like style ),...but if you do your research ,..which I did ,,..you can find so many awesome places to eat and activities to do. We went volcano boarding while we were there . That was a super awesome time,...then we went to tiger lagoon which was gorgeous,,.being able to speak Spanish helps but with the little I know out of the 3 of us we were able to communicate with everyone we encountered. The people we met were all so super nice,,,friendly and patient with us. We felt so safe the entire time. We did a lot of walking around,,,even into the nearby villages and everyone was so welcoming. The caretakers for the house,,..Gloria and her husband ,.are PHENOMENAL people !! We had Gloria make quite a few meals for us and we were sooooo happy with her cooking. Better than the local restaurants even !! There is no A/C in this house which is our only teeny tiny complaint but we did know it ahead of time. It was a little rough at night even with all fans on when we went to bed,,,but within a few hours we’d be pulling a sheet over so it was fine. The pool is a lifesaver to have on the back patio ! Such a comfortable living area outside and inside . Every night we saw the sunset from the yard,...not one person bothered us with the wall being so low on the beach side,..not even the dogs. There are dogs everywhere but they stay away from you unless you want them,,.they are all so friendly as well. Having no hot water was a concern of ours until we got there,,,,we would not have used it anyway! There are small stores for water jugs within walking distance,..and many super cute bar/ restaurants that are not crowded all within walking distance. This place was amazing ,..I highly recommend ,.lthe experience is literally life changing.

Beautiful and Modern Beachfront Home

I stayed at Casa Linda for a week over the Holidays and it was definitely a highlight of my trip in Central America. The house is very spacious, super clean, has all the necessary amenities and more. It is right on the beach which was amazing and the pool is a great bonus for the hot Nicaragua weather. We felt very safe staying here, the house having security cameras and being fully gated. The hosts are also very friendly and welcoming people who made us feel right at home. I would recommend anyone who is visiting Nicaragua to stop in Las Penitas and stay at Casa Linda, it was truly an amazing experience.
